Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of training to improve cardiorespiratory fitness in renal transplant recipients(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-04-07) Ramirez Linares, Samantha Debbie; Villarreal Carruitero, Cynthia Esperanza; Rivera Lozada de Bonilla, OrianaMaterial and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative review, subject to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to establish the degree of evidence, located in the following databases: Scielo, Pubmed, Epistemonikos, Researchgate and Sciencedirect. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 80% were of high quality as described below: 20% (n= 2/10) are meta-analysis, 10% (n= 1/10) are systematic reviews and 50% (n= 5/10)) is a randomized controlled trial. According to the results acquired from the systematic review carried out in the present study of the countries of Italy (30%), followed by England (20%), Japan (10%), China (10%), Canada (10%) Greece (10%) and Holland (10%). Results: Thus, of the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) (9-18) indicate that training is effective in improving cardiorespiratory capacity in kidney transplant recipients. Conclusion: 10 of the 10 articles determine that exercise training is effective in improving cardiorespiratory fitness in kidney transplant recipients.
