The work of health professionals, emphasizing nursing, plays a fundamental role in the care of patients who come to the emergency service daily. We know that the influx of users is high, who come in search of improvement for different pathologies that affect them. afflicts, the nursing professional seeks to provide and obtain positive results but the truth is that he or she encounters a number of gaps that get in the way of this care and attention process (human and material resources), leaving these points aside increases. quality of care and this has a positive impact on patient satisfaction. The objective is to determine the relationship that exists between the quality of care of the Nursing professional and the satisfaction of patients who attend the emergency service of the national hospital of metropolitan Lima, 2023. Methodology worked with the appropriate instruments to measure quality of care and satisfaction with a quantitative, observational but non-experimental approach, it will have a descriptive scope, the study population was 86 patients aged 16 - 60 years, the measurement of both variables was carried out based on two questionnaires adapted by Escobar 2015 and Echenique 2020.
