Publicación Acceso abierto Habilidades blandas y estrés académico en pandemia, estudiantes de terapia física, facultad de tecnología médica, Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-28) Villegas Kanashiro, Marina Rosario; Huaita Acha, Delsi MarielaThe general objective of this research was to establish to what extent the Soft Skills are related to the level of Academic Stress in the students of Medical Technology of the Specialty of Physical Therapy of the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in the year 2022. The hypothetical deductive method was used, under a quantitative approach, applied type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, under a descriptive correlational level. With a population of 160 participants, a simple random probability sampling was used. Using the survey technique, two questionnaires were used as data collection instruments. The results showed that 20.2% of the sample presented a high level of soft skills and academic stress. With respect to the dimensions, in social skills they presented a high level (56.1%), as well as in self-awareness (48.2%) and self-regulation (43.9%). Finally, in motivation, their level was medium (49.1%). Regarding the general hypothesis, the value of Pearson's coefficient, r= -0.531, showed a significant and negative relationship between the variables Soft Skills and Academic Stress in the students of Medical Technology of the Specialty of Physical Therapy of the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in the year 2022.
