Factores motivacionales en las competencias investigativas de internos de enfermería del programa de titulación de una universidad de Lima, 2022

Estudio de método hipotético – deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental, explicativa, de correlacional – causal, contando con una población universo de 236 internas de carrera de enfermería de una universidad privada de lima, lo cual se les aplicará la técnica de encuesta para ambas variables, y se contará con 2 cuestionarios tipo likert, que fueron validados por 5 jueces de expertos y con un V de aiken de valor de 1 siendo válido, y con un alfa de cronbach de 0.928 para factores motivacionales y 0.988 de competencias investigativas, siendo confiables; teniendo como resultados que la mayoría de los internos de enfermería encuestados tienen el nivel alto de factores motivacionales con 59.2% (71), y con el nivel de competencias investigativas en alto con 87.5% (105); con una correlación de variables por Rho de Spearman de valor de Rho = ,944 y de P = 0.003 entre las variables factores motivacionales y competencias investigativas, concluyendo que existe correlación positiva de fuerza significativa muy fuerte en la la influencia de los factores motivacionales en las competencias investigativas en internos de enfermería.

Internet addiction among nurses at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital, Lima - 2019

Objective: Determine the level of Internet addiction in nurses at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital. Method: quantitative, descriptive, with methodological design, cross-sectional, non-experimental, total population of 87 nurses who work at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital, meeting the criteria (inclusion - exclusion), with the interview technique. Instrument by the author Matalinares (Peru), called Internet Addiction Test (TAI). Results: addiction level of 80.5% and 17.2% of the respondents was low and very low to the use of the Internet, while 1.1% corresponds to the high and very high level correspondingly. Regarding the dimensions (Tolerance, Excessive Use, Withdrawal and negative consequences) of the levels of Internet addiction in nurses, showing that for all dimensions the very low level prevails with 83.9%, 65.5%, 65.5% and 92%. consecutively, Conclusions: The level of addiction to Internet use in the nurses who work at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital mostly had a Very low and low level, while the minority had a Very high and high level of addiction.

Psychosocial risk factors and mental health of the nursing professional working at the Hospital Hermilio Valdizán, 2021

Theoretical framework: The form of risk that occurs in the work area through psychosocial conditions is due to organizations, both psychological and physiological-social mechanisms, associated with stress and occupational load, thus we arrive at mental health, which on the contrary is all action that people perform to feel well-being in the mind or interior, allowing effects of improvements in mental balance. Methodology: hypothetical deductive, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational research, with a population of 83 professional nurses who work at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital, 2 questionnaires will be applied, for psychosocial risk factors (ISTAS 21) it is valid and reliable by the author Chambi (15) in 2020 in Peru, with a Cronbach's Alpha = 0.75, comprised of 21 items with an answer polytomous of yes, sometimes and no, with 5 dimensions, while for mental health it will be evaluated with the 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), it is valid and reliable by the author Carbajal (16) in 2018. , with a Cronbach's Alpha = 0.757; After coordination with the Hospital institution, data is collected, interpreted by the SPSS version 25 program. Spearman correlations will demonstrate the hypothesis that will be presented in tables.
