    Leadership style and job satisfaction in a military hospital Lima Peru 2022.

    Objective: To determine the relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction in nursing staff in a military hospital in Lima - Peru 2022 ”. Methodology: The quantitative approach, of the applied type and of an observational and cross-sectional design, will be applied. The study sample will be 80 nurses who work in the different services of the military hospital. Obtained according to the probability sampling formula. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey will be applied at a single time using the Leadership Styles Questionnaire (CELID-S) and Job Satisfaction Scale SL-SPC instruments, with a reliability of 0.75 and 0.79 respectively. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out over a period of 2 months, once collected, the data will be processed in the Excel system for its organization and to determine the quality level, to finally export to the SPSS software version 25.0. Statistical analysis: For the descriptive evaluation, frequency tables, measures of central tendency and dispersion and graphical representations will be developed.
