    Relación entre calidad de sueño y satisfacción laboral en profesionales de enfermería en dos instituciones hospitalarias, Junín - 2025

    Objective: “To determine the relationship between sleep quality and job satisfaction in nursing professionals in two hospitals, Junín - 2025”. Methodology: The following research is applied with a hypothetical-deductive method with a quantitative approach, it will also be non experimental, with correlational scope and will be cross-sectional, the population has 103 nurses, we worked with the total of this population where the criteria to be included and excluded, leaving the total population of 100 nurses. The technique used for this research was the survey and the instruments used were the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index questionnaires to measure the sleep quality variable with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.980 and for the job satisfaction variable, the short version of the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire instrument was used with a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.871. Results: 63% of the nursing professionals surveyed are women, with a service time of more than two years of 93%, 52% of the nursing professionals present a poor quality of sleep that requires medical attention and treatment, it was also found that 42% of these professionals present a high degree of job satisfaction and 58% have an average job satisfaction. Conclusion: It was found that there is a significant and negative relationship between sleep quality and job satisfaction in nursing professionals of two hospitals in Junín - 2025.
