Methodology: Observational and retrospective systematic review. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, finding that 30% (03) correspond to Canada, followed by 30% (03) we find Turkey, while with 20% (02) we find Spain, and the United States United respectively. Most of the systematic reviews found are equivalent to 40%, in the country of Canada and Turkey. Among the randomized clinical trials we find the countries of Spain, Turkey and the United States, with 30%. And with 20% we have systematic reviews and 10% are quasi-experimental studies taking into account the country of Turkey. Finding a total of articles analyzed, 80% affirm that the use of non-pharmacological techniques is effective for the relief of post-vaccination pain in children under 5 years of age. Conclusions: The research reviewed found that the effectiveness of the use of non-pharmacological techniques in relieving post-vaccination pain in children under 5 years of age was found to be effective. The effectiveness of knowledge of these techniques in relieving post-vaccination pain was demonstrated.
