    Quality of care of nursing staff and its relationship with the satisfaction of users of the chemotherapy service of a hospital in Lima-2023

    One of the goals of health institutions today is to provide quality care that allows the user satisfaction with the health benefits received, in this sense the World Health Organization states that the quality of care must be; accessible to provide timely, equitable health care, this study will have as its objective: "Determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the satisfaction of patients undergoing chemotherapy." Study, of method will be hypothetical deductive; correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional design; 80 patients receiving chemotherapy from the hospital "Military Central del Perú Coronel Luis Arias Schreiber also" On the other hand, we will not work with the entire population, so the sample will be census and it will not be necessary to apply a sample; certain inclusion and exclusion criteria are considered; Two validated instruments such as the questionnaire will be used. Likewise, to process the data, Microsoft Excel and version 26 of the SPSS will be used; Finally, to contract the proposed hypothesis, the Spearmans, correlation coefficient test is used; later the results will be shown in tables and/or graphs.
