    Work stress and interpersonal relationships in the operating room staff of the Hospital Santa María Del Socorro – Ica, 2022

    Introduction: The pandemic has left a series of havoc on people's mental health, has turned stress into the silent evil that affects healthcare work environments and that seriously impact interpersonal relationships deteriorating the aspects of communication and tolerance. Objective: To determine the relationship between work stress and interpersonal relationships in the operating room staff of the Santa María del Socorro Hospital - Ica, 2022. Methods: It is applied research, with an observational design of descriptive correlational scope and transectional temporal cut. The census sample population is 50 nursing professionals who work in the operating rooms of the Santa María del Socorro hospital in Ica. Its technique is the survey and the instrument is two international scales such as the Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) to measure work stress and the FIRO-B to measure the demands of interpersonal relationships. Once the information has been collected, data will be created in Excel, then the statistical package SPSS version 26.0 will be used and the results will be presented in tables, with their respective graphs.
