    Quality of life and adherence to hemodialysis treatment in patients at a dialysis center in Puno – Juliaca 2023

    The present study aims to determine the relationship between quality of life and adherence to hemodialysis treatment in patients in a dialysis center; Likewise, the work will be developed in a quantitative approach, with a hypothetical deductive method, of applied type, working with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, where 124 patients with renal failure will be sampled and the sample will be 94 patients which is obtained by a simple random probability sampling, we will work with two questionnaires one of the quality of life of 36 items and another of 20 items to measure the adherence to treatment, being validated and reliable with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.970 for the first instrument and 0.835 for the second. In the collection of data these instruments will be applied in an average of 30 minutes per patient, prior to that they will sign the informed consent, with which it will be possible to obtain a database developed in the Excel program which will be analyzed by the Spss 25.0 program first with a descriptive statistical analysis with tables and graphs in order to be able to interpret the results and in also be analyzed in a inferential where Spearman's Rho will be applied in order to corroborate the veracity of the hypotheses and thus be able to provide the conclusions of the study and based on that make the pertinent suggestions to achieve a better quality of life and adherence to its treatment.
