The instrument used was the GRADE system, which allowed us to evaluate each study. Results: Of the 31 selected studies, 26 presented high and moderate quality according to the GRADE system. Additionally, of the studies examined, 13 investigated the relationship between adolescent pregnancy and family functionality using the Apgar scale, followed by 4 studies using the FACES III scale, and 9 studies using the FF-SIL scale.
