    Effectiveness of the different advanced cures in the reduction of ulcers and chronic wounds

    Objective: To systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of different advanced cures in reducing ulcers and chronic wounds. Materials and methods: The scientific work presented is under the criterion of quantitative studies; with a systematic review research design, the instrument was Crossmark, Scielo, Researchgate, Dialnet, Elsevier, Medigraphic, Sciencedirect, Anedidic. For this purpose, the 10 selected articles were subjected to a critical reading to classify with the help of the Grade System the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Results: 10 articles were selected and studied, of which 70% are randomized controlled clinical trials from Iran, Italy, Guatemala, Venezuela, Colombia; and 30% are clinical cases corresponding to Spain, Colombia and Mexico. Conclusions: According to the systematic review of the 10 scientific articles on the effectiveness of the different advanced cures in the reduction of ulcers and chronic wounds, it was shown that they are effective, and it was concluded that in 10 of the 10 of the articles it is evident that they are a very effective option for patients with ulcers and chronic wounds, reducing pain and the risk of abandoning treatment.
