    Factores relacionados con calidad de los registros de enfermería (SOAPIE) en el servicio de pediatría del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue – 2022

    Objective: To determine the factors related to the quality of nursing records (SOAPIE) in the pediatric service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital - 2022. Materials and methods: quantitative approach, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational design. The method was hypothetical deductive. The population consisted of 54 nursing professionals, in which 3 records of each one were evaluated. The sample was census. The type of test was non-probabilistic, intentional. The instrument was a validated data collection form. Results: 42.6% (n=23) were between 30 and 40 years old. Regarding the academic degree, 50% (n=27) only had a second specialty. Regarding the years of experience, 59.3% (n=32) had between 3 and 5 years. 66.7% (n=36) did receive training on the quality of records. 72.2% (n=39) do not consider that the physical environment was appropriate. 77.8% (n=42) appeared that they received recognition for their work. 77.8% (n=42) do not consider that the number of staff is adequate. 61.1%(n=33) had a medium record quality, 35.2%(n=19) high record quality and 3.7%(n=2) low record quality. Conclusions: There is a significant association between the personal academic degree factor and the quality of nursing records in the pediatric service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital - 2019.
