Ítem Acceso abierto Occupational risk and burnout syndrome of nursing staff in a Junin Hospital during the Covid 19 pandemic; 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-23) Zevallos Jacobo, Nataly Paulina; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaThis thesis project was born during the Covid 19 pandemic situation due to its negative impact on the occupational health of nursing staff, with the aim of determining the level of association between occupational risk and burnout syndrome in nursing staff at the Alberto Hurtado Abadía la Oroya Hospital during the Covid 19 Pandemic; 2021; It is also a quantitative study, with a hypothetical / deductive method, of a basic descriptive correlational level and a non-experimental cross-sectional design; It will be applied to a finite sample and population of 80 Nursing Graduates using two instruments: the "Occupational Risk Questionnaire" of 39 items separated into 4 sections: Chemical, physical / ergonomic, biological and psychosocial risk and the "Malash Burnout Inventory" (MBI) questionnaire of 22 items divided into 3 sections: Emotional fatigue, depersonalization and personal accomplishment; For statistics, it will be descriptive (stanin test) and Pearson correlation, with an interpretation of findings by evidence of tables and graphs in order to determine the association of the hypotheses presented; there is or is not an association between occupational risk factors and Burnout Syndrome in nursing professionals.
