    The objective of this research was to evaluate compliance with Good Dispensing Practices (GDP) in pharmaceutical establishments in the Carabayllo district, Lima, in 2021. Methodology: The methodology used in the study was an observational, cross-sectional, and prospective design. The study sample consisted of 201 individuals who are dedicated to dispensing in pharmaceutical establishments, including drugstores and pharmacies. Results: The results showed partial non-compliance with good dispensing practices in three dimensions—analysis and interpretation, delivery and information, and medication registration—with non-compliance percentages of 90.5%, 87.1%, and 89.7%, respectively. In dimension one, reception and validation, partial compliance was shown at 73.6% in the evaluated pharmaceutical establishments. In conclusion, the dispensers evaluated in the pharmaceutical establishments of the Carabayllo district in 2021 did not show compliance with good dispensing practices for medications in the scenario of an expired medical prescription.
