Materials and Methods: Systematic, observational and retrospective review that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. using the grade system to assign recommendation strength. In the final selection, 10 international research articles were chosen, where we found that 20% (02) corresponds to Italy, 20% (02) South Africa, with 10% (1) France, Belarus, England, China, Canada, India. These were found in the Pubmed database. Among the high evidence articles we find 50% of the countries of India, Canada, China, Italy and England. And with 50% moderate evidence to France, Italy, Belarus, South Africa Results: 100% of the reviewed articles (n=10/10) show that bedaquiline has the potential to achieve high sputum culture conversion rates at the sixth month of treatment in patients with tuberculosis.
