    Impact of the bobath concept on the functionality of the upper limb in patients with cerebrovascular accident at the regional hospital of loreto, 2023

    Based on the issues mentioned, the study aimed to determine the impact of the Bobath Concept on the functionality of the upper limb in stroke patients at the Regional Hospital of Loreto in 2023. This quantitative research, applied in nature, with a quasi-experimental design, followed the scientific method using both deductive and inductive reasoning. The sample size was 40, with a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 80 patients aged 18 to 70, of both sexes. The study used direct observation and record sheets as instruments for data collection, based on the Ashworth and Bethina scales, Paeth (Bobath), and the Fugl-Meyer scale. These tools were validated by expert judgment and demonstrated reliability of 0.973 and 0.98, respectively, yielding robust results that supported the study's hypothesis.
