Ítem Acceso abierto Patient satisfaction and its relationship with Nursing care in the immediate postoperative period at the Hospital de Apoyo Puquio - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-12) Ccoillo Contreras, Elizabeth Karin; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaThe present investigation determined as its purpose the relationship between patient satisfaction and nursing care attention in the immediate postoperative period at the Apoyo Puquio Hospital-2021. Type and Design: The research is applied, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational. Population and sample: The population is made up of 240 patients and the sample will be 130 immediate post-operative patients with different pathologies, and both sexes from the Apoyo Puquio Hospital. Instrument: The technique that will be used to collect information will be two surveys; the first instrument to measure the patient satisfaction variable will be a questionnaire with standardized questions (SERVQUAL) which consists of 5 dimensions with 22 items, 5 items for the reliability dimension, 4 items for response capacity, 4 items for security, 5 items for empathy and for tangible aspects 4 items; to measure care, a questionnaire with 6 dimensions and 27 items will be used, which is divided into the following: as follows: promotion of self-care 3 items, relationship of trust and security 6 items, emotional support 7 items, touch and listening 3 items, ethics and professional image 5 items, and caregiver presence 3 items.
