The selected articles were subjected to critical reading, using the Grade system to assign the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found from the USA, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Spain. Most of the studies have been randomized controlled trials (40%), longitudinal (10%), prospective (10%), clinical cases (30%) and systematic reviews (10%). It was evident in 100% of the research reviewed that there is effectiveness of healing in a humid environment compared to conventional healing in patients with venous ulcers, they healed in less time, the reduction of complications, and comfortable therapy for the patient, improving their quality of life. life. Useful for nursing professionals as there is better management of direct care times and savings for administration due to reduced hospitalization costs.Ítem Acceso abierto Risk factors and quality of life in patients with venous ulcers in the lower limbs who attend a level II hospital in Arequipa Peru 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-15) Bejarano Vásquez, Sulbi Magali; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaThe objective of this research is to determine the risk factors that influence the quality of life of patients with venous ulcers in the lower limbs in patients who attend a level II hospital in Arequipa, Peru in 2022. To accomplish this research, the quantitative approach is used, a non-experimental design of a descriptive correlational level, the sample will be made up of 156 and a questionnaire will be conveniently used to evaluate the risk factors for venous ulcers, which allows to evaluate twenty factors independently and grouped into 5 dimensions, and also the specialized instrument CCVUQ (according to its acronym in English) or the Charing Cross Scale for Venous Ulcers to evaluate the quality of life, which consists of 21 items and 4 dimensions. These instruments are intended to be applied to 100 patients with venous insufficiency and who are treated in the Outpatient Clinic of the Healing Topic.
