En conclusión, se confirma la relación significativa entre ambas variables, lo que sugiere que el acoso psicológico es un factor que contribuye al absentismo, afectando el bienestar de los profesionales de enfermería y la eficiencia en los servicios de salud.Ítem Acceso abierto Anxiety and work performance in nursing staff in times of COVID 19 in the Cañete health network - Yauyos, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-23) Gutiérrez Sánchez, Martha María; Molina Torres, Jose GregorioNursing professionals are regularly exposed to many of the usual stressors of administrative and daily care tasks, for which it has been determined to measure the level of each variable, through the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, which refers to manifestations neurovegetative, and the work performance instrument. Objective: Determine the relationship between the factors and the absenteeism of mothers to neonatal metabolic screening in a Maternal and Child Center, 2023. Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental and correlational design; the population made up of 90 mothers of newborns under 29 days old; and the sampling will be non-probabilistic for convenience and intention. The study techniques will be surveys and two validated questionnaires. To collect data, processing will be carried out using the statistical software Microsoft Excel 2021 and the SPSS Statistical Program version 26.0; and to calculate the contracting of the hypothesis, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rh0) will be applied to determine the relationship between the variables.Ítem Acceso abierto Fatores de condicionamento da satisfação do trabalho no profissional de enfermagem no Hospital Nacional Emergências Grau, 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-10-02) Rodas Perez, Juana; Quispe Chumpe, Liliana; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerObjective: To determine the conditioning factors of professional nursing absenteeism at the National Emergency Hospital Grau. The sample was obtained by non-probabilistic or convenience sampling. Information was collected from the review of medical records. The statistical test used was the chi square. Results: The sociodemographic maternal characteristics with the highest percentage were adulthood, level of secondary education, nulliparous, and full-term gestation. The presence of funicular dystocia recorded a normal baseline, silent variability (7.2%), absence of accelerations (46.4%), variable decelerations (43.5%), present fetal movements; The result of the non-reactive stress test was 62.8% and the positive non-reactive stress test was 30.8%. The most frequent was clear amniotic fluid, simple circular cord, rejectable and located in the neck of the newborn. The highest percentage of births was by cesarean section. Newborns with Apgar scores of 7 to 10 at one minute and funicular dystocia had a non-reactive stress test or a reactive negative stress test. Cardiotocography showed low sensitivity, high specificity, a positive predictive value of 75%, a negative predictive value of 52.4% and a statistically significant relationship between cardiotocographic results and funicular dystocia. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant relationship (p<0.05) between cardiotocographic results and the presence of funicular dystocia. The non-stressful test had a statistically significant relationship with the type of delivery.
