Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness in the communicational nursing strategy directed to the family to improve the care of the adult patients of the intensive care unit(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-16) Dávila Pineda, Stephany Karolin; Ancajima Encalada, Natalie Jaqueline; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioMaterials and Methods: The systematic review of 10 articles focused on the effectiveness of nursing communication strategies aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit were found in the following databases: Pubmed, Scielo, Epistemonikos, all of which were analyzed using the GRADE scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: According to the study design, 50% were systematic reviews, 10% were randomized controlled trials, and 40% were descriptive studies. The evidence found shows that 40% (n=40/10) indicated effectiveness in the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit, while 60% (n=60/10) suggested that the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family should be improved to enhance the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit. Conclusion: It was concluded that 4 out of 10 authors indicated that there is effectiveness in the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit. It was also concluded that 6 out of 10 authors suggested that the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family should be improved to enhance the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of mothers' satisfaction with the quality of nursing care in children under 2 years of age at the San Luis Health Center, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-22) Paucar Ayala, Belú Vilma; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoThe objective of the research work is to determine the relationship that exists between the level of satisfaction of mothers and the quality of nursing care in children under 2 years of age at the San Luis Health Center, 2022. Research Method: The method of Research is the deductive hypothetical, which supports that specialized hypotheses do not come from information, but are the result of human creativity. The sample population is made up of ninety-two respondents (92) out of a population of 170 people. The data collection technique was the survey. The instruments that were applied were two questionnaires. Results: It was shown that there is a correlation that indicates a degree of very significant and direct relationship between the two variables of the study with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.768**. Conclusions: The level of satisfaction in its technical-scientific, human and environmental dimensions in its correlation values had 0.645, 0.773 and 0.622 respectively, also having a degree of very significant direct relationship with the quality of care. Therefore, the nursing staff has a good average satisfaction on the part of the mothers of children under 2 years of age who attend the health center.Ítem Acceso abierto Mother's satisfaction with nursing care in a hospital in Lima, Lima, Peru 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-03-07) Espinoza Cueva, Erlinda Elva; Suarez Valderrama, Yurik AnatoliThe present research work is to reveal the perception of mothers about the care provided to neonates by nursing staff and their participation in care as a learning to avoid neonatal deaths and contribute to the reduction of the high mortality rate. Its theoretical justification is because the bibliographic review will be updated regarding mothers' satisfaction with nursing care and the results will be relevant for future research. Its practical justification is because nursing care will be improved by identifying the level of satisfaction of the mothers since they are the ones indicated for its determination. Its methodological justification is that it is desired to find results to be distributed to health institutions, the scientific community, to seek to improve nursing care by being more humanized. Variable: Mothers' satisfaction with nursing care, the technique is the survey. The questionnaire type instrument that measures Mother's Satisfaction regarding Nursing care. According to the established schedule, the instrument will be applied in the Neonatology service. The duration of the application will be 20 minutes, with the researcher herself being in charge of the application. The data collection will be poured into a matrix table in the statistical software SPSS 24.0. The results will be presented in statistical tables or figures with their respective analysis, keeping in mind the background and theoretical bases. To measure the variable, the standard scale will be used, evaluating high, medium and low satisfaction. The results will be presented in frequency distribution tables and double entry. A letter of presentation will be requested from Norbert Wiener University, which will be taken to the Hospital to request the respective permit. Once permission is obtained, it will be coordinated with the hospital's teaching area and those in charge of the service to proceed to obtain data. This will be done following an established schedule.Ítem Acceso abierto Nursing care and satisfaction of relatives of patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Hipólito Unanue Hospital, Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-30) Valera Moreno, Fabiola Graciela; Suarez Valderrama, Yurik AnatoliThe cases that are treated in the intensive care service imply a multiplicity of demands and challenges, since the condition of the patients is extremely serious.
