Effectiveness of nursing care in patients with acute coronary syndrome to reduce their mortality in the emergency unit

Materiales y métodos: El diseño de estudio fue revisión sistemática. La muestra, luego de haber aplicado criterios de selección, fue 10 estudios encontrados en las bases de datos EBSCO Host, Scielo, Dialnet, Pubmed, Science Direct. Resultados: Según procedencia, los estudios fueron 80 % (8/10) de España, 10 % (1/10) de Reino Unido, 10 % (1/10) de Cuba. Según diseño, el 60% (6/10) son revisiones sistemáticas y el 40% (4/10) son estudios experimentales. Según calidad evidencia, el 100% (10/10) de los estudios revisados fueron de tipo cuantitativo, calidad de evidencia alta según el sistema GRADE y fuerza de recomendación fuerte. Según evidencia, el 100 % (10/10) evidencia efectividad de los cuidados de enfermería en el paciente con Síndrome Coronario Agudo para disminuir su mortalidad en la unidad de emergencia. Conclusiones: Existe efectividad de los cuidados de enfermería en el paciente con Síndrome Coronario Agudo para disminuir su mortalidad en la unidad de emergencia.

Efficacy of enoxaparin versus unfractionated heparin in the treatment of adult patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective: Systematize and analyze the effectiveness of enoxaparin vs unfractionated heparin in the treatment of adult patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methodology: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles underwent Jover evaluation to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 9 articles were chosen, we found that 50% (05) correspond to Canada, with 30% (03) we find the United States, while with 10% (01) we find Korea and France respectively. Most of them are quantitative studies with 100%, mainly in the countries of Canada and the United States. Conclusions: Of the total of 9 articles systematically reviewed, 70% of the articles show that Enoxaparin is more effective than unfractionated heparin in the treatment of adult patients with acute coronary syndrome and 20% of the studies presented in the systematic review concludes that there are no significant differences between enoxaparins and low molecular weight heparin.

The research raised as a directional objective "Establish the relationship between the level of knowledge in its dimension basic knowledge of Acute Coronary Syndrome in nursing care in the management of acute coronary syndrome in the cardiovascular service of a Hospital in Lima 2023". The level of knowledge of the nurse in the management of acute coronary syndrome is an act of hegemony and empowerment in the exercise and autonomy of nursing professionals to alleviate and suffering in patients, in which knowledge is significantly combined with their practical procedure. that applied correctly bring relief and well-being to the patient. In the study, the hypothetical-deductive method was used with a non-experimental, correlational-descriptive and applied type design. The sample to be used will be 80 nurses from the cardiac area to whom the Acute Coronary Syndrome Basic Knowledge Questionnaire and the Nursing Care Test will be applied. The statistic that will be used for data processing will be SPSS 25.0.
