Objective: Determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Coping strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic in nurses from the emergency service of the Huacho 2020 Regional Hospital. Method: The study will be basic descriptive, observational, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational level. The sample will be made up of 50 nurses. To collect the data, the Maslash Burnout Inventory questionnaires will be used for Burnout syndrome and the Coping Estimation Inventory – COPE for coping strategies. To process the data, graphs and frequency tables will be prepared through univariate analysis applying descriptive statistics. Metodología: Se llevará a cabo una investigación con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y diseño no experimental, con un nivel descriptivo y correlacional. La muestra estará compuesta por 100 familiares de pacientes hospitalizados, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. La recolección de datos se realizará a través de encuestas, utilizando como herramientas la versión en español de la "Escala de Medición del Proceso de Afrontamiento y Adaptación" (ESCAP) y la "Escala de Miedo a la Muerte" (FODS). Una vez obtenidos los datos, se verificará la calidad de las respuestas antes de ingresarlas en una matriz de Excel. Posteriormente, se procesarán en el software estadístico SPSS versión 26, donde se asignarán etiquetas a las variables y sus categorías. Se calcularán los puntajes y niveles de cada variable y, mediante la prueba de Kolmogórov-Smirnov, se determinará si los datos siguen una distribución normal. Para evaluar las hipótesis del estudio, se utilizarán pruebas estadísticas como el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman o Pearson. Results: Of the 70 patients evaluated, 57.1% present a moderately Healthy Quality of Life, among the patients who use the Confronte coping strategies, 77.5% present a moderately healthy physical quality, among the patients who use the Confronte coping strategies. Confronte coping, 84.6% present a moderately healthy quality of social life, among the patients who use Confronte coping strategies, 79.3% present a psychological quality It's healthy. Materials and Methods: the design used for this work was the systematic review, based on the GRADE evaluation system, which gives the possibility of evaluating the quality of the evidence of the articles chosen from the following databases: Cochrane Library , British Medical Journal, PubMed, Lancet, Wiley Online Library, Epistemonikos and Elsevier. Results: The review of the articles showed that: 40% correspond to a systematic review, 30% to an integration review, 10% to a systematic review and meta-analysis, 10% to a narrative review and 10% to a bibliographic review. Material and methods: The systematic review of 10 scientific articles found on the effectiveness of coping strategies to reduce Burnout Syndrome in health personnel, were cited in the following databases Cochrane Library, Scielo and Pubmed; All of them were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed and analyzed, 20% (n=2/10) are quasi-experimental, 20% (n=2/10) randomized controlled trial, 20% (n=2/10) systematic review, 10% (n=1/10) analytical cross-sectional observational, 20% (n=2/10) cross-sectional descriptive and 10% (n=1/10) prospective study longitudinal comparative randomized and experimental. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 40% (04) correspond to Spain, with 20% (02) we find Colombia, while with 10% (01) we find Peru, Venezuela and Brazil. respectively. We worked with the hypothetical deductive method, in the same way it was used the quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 150 students from the nursing school of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima, taken from a population of 650 students, through convenience sampling. The survey was applied as a data collection technique and the SISCO inventory was used as an instrument to measure academic stress levels and the Brief – COPE-28 questionnaire to evaluate coping strategies.
