Publicación Acceso abierto La Adopción por parte de los Convivientes en base del bienestar del menor en Lima Metropolitana 2022 - Exp. 901-2012 del Santa(Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-11) Iturrizaga Alatrista, Keissi del Pilar; Pineda Huerta, Nélida RosalbinaLa Adopción, ha ido teniendo grandes cambios con el paso del tiempo, la cual no solo otorga una seguridad jurídica al menor, sino también genera derechos y deberes entre el infante y el padre o madre adoptante, asimismo se busca que tanto el estado como la familia, velen por el cumplimiento de los derechos del menor, así como sus intereses garantizando el bienestar, libre desarrollo, tanto integral como emocional dentro del seno familiar. En ese sentido, este estudio de caso se radica en la adopción por parte de los convivientes en base del bienestar del menor, empleando como de un enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo teniendo como paradigma naturalista, y una recopilación de datos las cuales serán materia análisis basadas en doctrina, tesis, artículos académicos; obteniendo como resultados que del estudio del expediente que el adoptante no cuente con un vínculo matrimonial con el procreador del infante no es impediente a para que se de la figura de la adopción; concluyendo así que en la figura de adopción se determina que se sobreponga el bienestar del infante adoptado a fin de que este pueda desarrollarse dentro de un hogar familiar.Ítem Acceso abierto Most frequent errors incurred by the Nursing Professional in the Administration of Medication to hospitalized patients(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) de la Puente Malpartida, Gladys Lourdes; Rengifo Barrón, Delia Auristela; Mendigure Fernández, JulioObjective: Identify the most frequent errors incurred by nursing professionals related to the administration of medication. Materials and Methods: Integrative review of eleven works published in the virtual library, from 2011 to 2015. Results: The results were classified into three categories. : 1.- Most frequent errors, where the dose obtained the most matches (14.28%), the Omission of medication administration (11.9%). 2.- Related factors: Interruptions and distractions during the administration of medication (11.62%) and illegible prescription (9.30%). 3.- Proposals for improvement: they highlighted the importance of adopting protocols and guides for the safe administration of medications. medications and the need for continuous training of professionals in the area of pharmacology. The current research refers to the role that a nursing professional has within the bonding program for infants under 1 year old, so it is important to precisely explain the theories correlated to the topic with respect to the Orem model oriented to autonomous care and maternal role that institutes an evolution of interaction and development, after the mother achieves attachment to the child by perceiving the events experienced and they intervene to decide or carry out her care, as Ramona Mercer defines it in her proposal of adoption of the maternal role The execution of the research is appropriate due to the protection provided to the mother-child binomial, being essential the scientific knowledge of nursing professionals who understand the need to monitor and safeguard a healthy population and recognize health as an inherent right of each person and family. It has social relevance because based on the results transmitted to the nursing staff of the health facility, strategies and management plans focused on mothers will be developed to optimize vaccination coverage in favor of the health of infants under one year of age.
