    The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction among 2019-2 graduates from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry at Norbert Wiener University, Lima, 2022. Methodology: The study used an inductive-deductive method with a quantitative approach, basic research type, and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 101 alumni currently working, with a sample of 81 2019-2 graduates from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Results: The majority of participants were women (74.07%), and 53.09% of the alumni were working in pharmaceutical centers. It was found that burnout syndrome levels were low, and job satisfaction was high at 51.85%. Additionally, low levels were observed for burnout syndrome (90.12%), emotional exhaustion (51.85%), and depersonalization (82.72%), while moderate levels were noted for lack of personal accomplishment (44.44%). Task significance reached a high level (91.36%; 74/81), working conditions were at a moderate level (60.49%), and personal and social recognition also reached a moderate level (86.42%). Conclusion: There is a significant inverse relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction among 2019-2 graduates from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry at Norbert Wiener University, Lima, 2022 (r=-0.394; p=0.000).
