Se utilizará la prueba de correlación no paramétrica Rho de Spearman para evaluar las relaciones entre las variables y validar las hipótesis planteadas.Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge and practice of the nursing staff on the storage of sterile material in the green area of the sterilization center of the regional hospital of Ayacucho, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-22) Puente Del Pino, Lizeth; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosIntroduction: the knowledge and practice of the nursing staff on material storage are important since they allow to guarantee the conservation of the sterilization; Likewise, it reduces infections caused by non-sterile material. The population Census sampling, which will participate in the entire population of 20 nurses who work in the operating room, who meet the selection requirements set out in the research, no sample size was calculated. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The survey technique will be used for variable 1, knowledge, regarding variable 2, observation will be used, practice; the instrument for variable 1 will be the questionnaire, in the case of variable 2, a checklist. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out in 1 month, at Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto. Once the information is collected through the application of the instrument, the data will be entered into a base in the SPSS Version 25.0 program. Statistical Analysis: For the descriptive analysis, frequency tables, graphic representations will be used; For the contracting of the hypothesis, the Chi square test will be used, accepting as significant values p <0.05.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of compliance on handling and storage conditions of sterile material of nurses in operating room of a national hospital January - March. 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-02-07) Merino Morales, Dallana Tatiana; Bastidas Solis, Miriam CeciliaAim. It will be determined the level of compliance on handling and storage conditions of sterile material of the operating room nurses of a National Hospital from January to March 2021. Material and methods. This research will have a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional descriptive methodological design. The population will be made up of 68 nurses who work in the operating room of a National Hospital, who will meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research. The technique that will be used is the survey, easy to use and evaluate, which will allow us to collect safe, optimal and effective data. The instrument that will help us collect data will be a questionnaire that consists of 40 statements, with a validity and reliability of 84% and 91% respectively; This questionnaire is grouped into 4 dimensions, with an evaluation scale from 0 to 100, where the high score is 80 -100, medium score 50 - 79 and low score 0 - 49. The data obtained will be tabulated and statistically processed, applying the Excel statistical package.Ítem Acceso abierto Nursing staff's level of knowledge on sterile material storage in the green area of the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital sterilization plant – 2020.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-27) Briceño Cochayalle, Cynthia Adelayda; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoThe storage of sterile materials should be done in a place that meets the proper conditions, promoting the quick and easy identification of the materials. This will be reflected in the maintenance of sterility. Therefore, this work has practical value as it will assist those responsible for training in providing solutions to this problem, improving the final stage, which includes the distribution and storage of materials, that should focus on user satisfaction.
