Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of the use of the versus alograf autograft in the clinical improvement of patients with reconstruction of ligamentary fabrics(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-04) Gómez Laredo, Candy Elizabeth; Gamboa Avendaño, Nanya Lized; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerObjective: To systematize the evidence on the efficacy of using autograft versus allograft in the clinical improvement of patients with ligamentous tissue reconstruction. Materials and methods: This study was quantitative, the study design was a systematic review, with respect to the population was 20 scientific articles, and the sample of 10 scientific articles, published and indexed in scientific databases; as for the instrument, it was the search in databases such as: PubMed, Epistemonikos, EBSCO; likewise, to evaluate the articles, the GRADE System was used, which evaluates the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Results: After the systematic review of the articles, of 100%, 60% correspond to the United States and 40% to China. Regarding the study designs, 50% is a systematic review, 30% is a meta-analysis and 20% is a clinical trial. In the present study, 50% of the articles showed the efficacy of both grafts, 40% showed the efficacy of the autograft, and 10% showed the efficacy of the allograft. Conclusions: It was concluded that 50% of the scientific articles showed the efficacy of both grafts, since there were no significant differences between the allograft and the 0020 autograft, there was no postoperative infection and morbidity at the donor site, and finally, 10% showed the efficacy of the allograft because it demonstrated effectiveness in terms of fusion rates, pain scores, and functional outcomes after surgery.
