The population 90 articles, the sample 10 scientific articles, databases: PubMed, Cochrane Database. Study design 10% (n= 1/10) cohort and 90% (n=9/10) experimental. According to the quality of the evidence according to the Grade System: high at 90%, low at 10% and according to the strength of recommendation, strong at 90% and weak at 10%. According to the country of origin: United Kingdom 10%, New Zealand 10%, India 10%, Canada 10% and the United States 60% respectively. Results: 30% of the articles (n = 3/10) point out the effectiveness of the intervention with the use of video games compared to other placebos for the management of amblyopia in pediatric patients. 40% (n = 4/10) indicate that they agree with the intervention with the use of video games compared to other placebos for the management of amblyopia in pediatric patients. 30% (n= 3/10) point out the discordance of the intervention with the use of video games compared to other placebos for the management of amblyopia in pediatric patients. Conclusion: Video games for the treatment of pediatric amblyopia are effective in improving visual acuity, rebalancing the contrast of the eye and eliminating suppression.
