    Estilos de vida y su relación con la ansiedad en pacientes de atención ambulatoria en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2024

    Objetivo: Analizar la relación de los estilos de vida con la ansiedad en pacientes de atención ambulatoria en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2024. Material y método: Se diseñó un estudio descriptivo de corte trasversal, tipo Observacional, enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo. La población está conformada de 335 paciente de atención ambulatoria en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza. Se incluyeron pacientes de ambos sexos, de nacionalidad peruana, y que participaron voluntariamente. Resultados: Del total de encuestados, el 96% presentó estilos de vida no saludables, mientras que estilo de vida saludable mostro solo 3%. Con respecto a los niveles de ansiedad, más del 92% de los participantes evidenciaron algún grado de ansiedad, mientras que el 7% no presentó esta condición. Asimismo, no se afirmó asociaciones estadísticamente significativas entre estilos de vida y la ansiedad (p>0,05). Conclusiones: No hay relación entre estilo de vida y ansiedad en pacientes de atención ambulatoria en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2024.

    Work overload and the quality of life of the nursing professional in the emergency unit of a national hospital in Lima - 2022

    At an international level, nursing work represents those that do not adopt adequate quality of life, where 51% do not have rest spaces, excess work, there are no physical activities, recreation, reaching a sedentary lifestyle, it is the fourth profession with the most stress. due to their responsibilities that professionals carry and more than 21% of professionals will have mental or organic disorders due to the direct link with the user's suffering. At an international level, nursing work represents those that do not adopt adequate quality of life, where 51% do not have rest spaces, excess work, there are no physical activities, recreation, reaching a sedentary lifestyle, it is the fourth profession with the most stress. due to their responsibilities that professionals carry and more than 21% of professionals will have mental or organic disorders due to the direct link with the user's suffering. The emergency care service exposes the professional, who has the difficult task of caring, monitoring and treating chronically ill, acutely ill and decompensated patients; They are exposed to work and emotional burdens that affect ways of caring for the patient, causing losses of well-being in professional activities, emotional imbalance, experiencing depression and hopelessness.
