Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in health personnel who work in the mental health service of a hospital in Ayacucho, 2021
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-18) Laurente Coronado, Yovana; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo Amado

The research has a quantitative approach. basic type, cross-sectional observational design. The population group will be made up of 32 personnel who work in the Mental Health service. For data collection, questionnaires will be used for both variables, prior to this with permission and respective consent of the informed consent of the collaborators, the first questionnaire consists of 27 questions, while the second questionnaire has 22 questions. The results will be compiled and then processed in an Excel program database to later be tabulated using the SPSS version 22 statistical program.

Effect of the overload of the nursing professional in the occurrence of adverse events in patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-04) Agip Cabrejos, Alina Edith; Osorio Astuquipan, Fiorella Maira; Matta Solis, Hernán Hugo
Objective: To examine the evidence about the effect of nursing professional workload on the occurrence of adverse events in patients hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit. Materials and methods: A quantitative retrospective observational systematic review, subjected to critical evaluation and identification of its certainty, was found in the different data sources: Pubmed, Epistemonikos, Sciencedirect, Cochrane, Scielo. Of the 10 articles methodically evaluated, 20% (n= 2/10) are systematic reviews, 40% (n= 4/10) are cohort studies, 30% (n= 3/10) are descriptive/cross-sectional and 10% (n= 1/10) are macro data analysis. They are derived from the countries of Spain (30%), followed by Brazil (30%), Belgium (10%), Taiwan (10%), Turkey (10%) and Colombia (10%). Results: According to the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) indicated that the work overload of the nursing professional has a direct impact on care, causing adverse events such as: pressure ulcers, medication errors, hospital infections; affecting the quality of patient care. Conclusion: The work overload of the nursing professional in intensive care units influences the occurrence of adverse events; thus impacting the quality of patient care.

Effectiveness of the prona position in patients in mechanical ventilation with acute respiratory difficulty syndrome in pressure laceration prevention
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-04) Zavaleta Castro, Magaly Zulay; Carrera Tafur, Isabel Cristina; Calsin Pacompia, Wilmer
Objective: To analyze and systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of the prone position in patients on mechanical ventilation with acute respiratory distress syndrome in preventing pressure lacerations. Materials and methods: Quantitative research, the design was a systematic review, with a population of 34 articles, sample of 10 articles published in the databases, the instrument was a search in the databases: Cochrane, BVS, Lilacs, Scielo, Pubmed, Epistemonikos, the GRADE system was used to evaluate the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Results: All articles show that the prone position is effective in patients on mechanical ventilation with acute respiratory distress syndrome, but does not prevent the development of pressure lacerations, occurring in areas of the face, chest and legs, the number of hours in this position is an important factor and there was a comparison on the supine and prone position where it was shown that the prone position increases the development of lacerations. Conclusions: 100% of the studies show that ventilation in the prone position improves lung oxygenation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, proving to be a therapeutic measure with excellent results, although it does not prevent the development of pressure lacerations.
