Level of compliance and attitude in nursing staff regarding the storage conditions of sterile material in the operating room of the national mother-child teaching hospital San Bartolomé Lima, 2022

Objective: Analyze the relationship between the level of compliance and the attitude of nursing staff regarding the storage conditions of sterile material in the operating room of the Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé Lima 2022. Material and method: Quantitative approach, deductive cutting method transversal and prospective. The population will be made up of 30 nursing professionals in the Operating Room of the “San Bartolomé” National Teaching Hospital, therefore, a sample will be taken from the entire population under study, as it is a finite population. The data collection technique will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire, containing closed and open questions. Content validity will be evaluated by expert judgments. Univariate statistical analysis will be applied to find percentages in qualitative variables and measures of central tendency for quantitative variables. For bivariate analysis, the chi square test will be applied to measure the association between qualitative variables, to determine the mean between the categories of a qualitative variable. and a quantitative variable, the independent t test and one-way analysis of variance will be applied, with statistical significance.

Objective: Analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and the practice of the surgical instrument washing process of the nursing staff in the sterilization center of the Hospital Nacional Madre Niño San Bartolomé Lima 2022. Material and method: Quantitative approach, deductive cross-sectional method , observational. The population will be made up of 38 nursing professionals in the Sterilization Center of the “San Bartolomé” National Teaching Hospital, therefore, a sample will be taken from the entire population under study, as it is a finite population. The data collection technique will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire, containing closed and open questions. Content validity will be evaluated by expert judgments. Occupational illness of the nursing professional and its relationship with time of service at the Mother – Child National Teaching Hospital San Bartolomé Lima, 2022

Objective: Determine the relationship between the occupational disease of the nursing professional and the length of service at the Hospital Nacional Docente Madre – Niño San Bartolomé – 2021. Material and method: Quantitative approach, cross-sectional and prospective deductive method. The population will be made up of 238 nursing professionals from the Nursing Department of the “San Bartolomé” Mother-Child National Teaching Hospital, from which a sample of 147 nursing professionals was obtained, distributed by proportional assignment into strata according to Service and Working Condition. The data collection technique will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire, containing closed and open questions. Content validity will be evaluated by expert judgments. Univariate statistical analysis will be applied to find percentages in qualitative variables and measures of central tendency for quantitative variables.
