    In the emergency service of the Callao Hospital, care is provided 24 hours a day, being a level II hospital, they provide specialized services, urgent and emergency care, therefore having a high demand of patients, also the Callao Hospital is located in a geographically accessible area, which almost always leads to the constant increase in demand in the emergency service that often leads to the collapse of the resolution capacity of said health establishment. On the other hand, the excessive demand for services and the shortage of materials, drugs, among others, means that the user is often referred to the emergency observation units, without having obtained the complementary tests and without confirmation of the definitive diagnosis, thus promoting that the relatives remain for many hours in the waiting room. The above leads us to ask the question: What are the characteristics and the level of patient satisfaction regarding the care provided by the nursing professional in the emergency service of the Callao Hospital 2020?
