Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge of the use of personal digital audio players and their relationship with hearing loss in workers attending the audiometry service at Salud Laboris Clinic, Lima - 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-10) Arnao Salinas, Patricia Rosmery; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosObjective: Determine the relationship between knowledge of the use of personal digital audio players and Hearing Loss in workers who attend the audiometry service of the Salus Laboris 2022 Clinic. Methodology: the study will be hypothetical, deductive, descriptive, correlational. The population will be 630 whose sample is 239. The instrument that will be used for the first variable will be the questionnaire that will be taken from a research work from the National University of the Altiplano of Puno, whose author is Yesica Inquilla Quispe in her thesis titled “Knowledge about the use of headphones and their effects on hearing in students of the Potojani Grande Industrial Agricultural Industrial Secondary Educational Institution Chucuito, Puno – 2018.” The instrument of the second variable will be the audiogram, which is universally used in the tone audiometry examination, which is a functional test to determine the degree of hearing of people. This format will be obtained from the audiometric evaluation format used by the Salus Laboris Clinic in the evaluation of occupational medical examinations.
