Diagnosis of Internal Control and Organizational Management in the District Municipality of Lagunas, Province of Alto Amazonas, Loreto Region, 2014

The work of investigation has as principal aim analyze the relation between the internal control and the management organizacional that characterizes to the Municipality Distrital of Lagoons - Province of High place The Amazon - Region Loreto, year 2014; being the basic type, of level correlacional; the not experimental design, of quantitative approach, the secondhand technology was the survey and the applied instrument was the questionnaire; it was considered to be a sample of 50 workers of the entity; one thought that there exists a direct and significant relation between the internal control and the management organizacional that it characterizes to the entity. One thought that there exists direct and significant relation between each of the dimensions of the variable 1: achievement of aims of the area, application of the normatividad, and monitoring, with the management organizacional that it characterizes to the entity; in addition the personnel perceives that the level of internal control that it characterizes to the entity is regular, being priority to strengthen the capacities of the managerial personnel on the importance of the implementation of the recommendations of control. Finally, one found that the level of management organizacional is regular, being priority to promote the participation of the population in the priorización of the projects of investment to considering.

Level of Effectiveness in Customs Control and Its Relationship with the Detection of Contraband Goods at the Maritime Customs by the Rapid Intervention Customs Operations Group, 2013

This research was conducted in order to identify the level of efficiency in customs control and their relation to the detection of smuggled goods in the maritime customs by the Customs Operational Rapid Intervention Group (GOAIR), during the year 2013 The population for this study consisted of 85 officers of the Administration of the Maritime Customs of Callao, the sample was 40 customs officers, being the kind of systematic probability sampling; the technique used was a survey, the instrument being a questionnaire consisting of 50 items validated by expert judgment; The research was basic, the correlational level, also the design was not experimental traverse correlation. With chi square test chi square coefficient of 7.050 it was obtained, it was determined that there is significant relationship between the effectiveness of customs control and detection of smuggled goods in the maritime customs of Callao. In conclusion it states that a higher level of efficiency of customs control, increased detection of smuggled goods.
