Material and method: This study has a non-experimental design with a quantitative approach. , causal correlational level. The population was made up of 61 mothers of children from 6 to 36 months who consume ferrous sulfate as a treatment for anemia. The technique used was the survey and to collect data on the associated factors variable, the questionnaire on Factors associated with adherence to the treatment of anemia with ferrous sulfate was used. This instrument was authored by Mr. Roberts Aquino. who created the instrument in 2020. The population will consist of 120 subjects. For convenience, a non-probabilistic sample equivalent to that amount will be assumed. The technique is the survey, while the instrument will be the questionnaire. These are the Fear of Death Scale, authored by Collet-Lester, and the Death Attitudes Questionnaire developed by Martin and Salovey. Both instruments are structured and have validations published as scientific articles, while their reliability coefficient is 0.95 and 0.875, respectively, according to Cronbach's alpha statistician.
