Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022 Methodology: Corresponds to a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level, deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will be made up of 80 adolescent mothers who attend DIRIS Lima Centro health facilities, during the months of August, September and October of 2022. In addition, the inclusion criteria will be pregnant mothers who attend the Santa Rosa Health Center. of Lima, Villa María Perpetuo Socorro Health Center and Rescate Health Post, pregnant adolescent mothers from 14 to 17 years of age, adolescent mothers who speak Spanish, and adolescent mothers whose parents have signed the informed consent, which will endorse their participation in the research. To collect the information, the survey will be used and the instrument will be the questionnaire. Therefore, the participants will have to answer the questionnaire adapted from Obregón's research carried out in 2018. This questionnaire will be made up of 30 questions: 20 questions related to knowing the level of knowledge about breastfeeding (breastfeeding, breast milk, advantages and breastfeeding techniques) and 10 questions regarding breastfeeding practices (breastfeeding and breastfeeding techniques).
