Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge and attitude about cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of the nursing staff of the sterilization center of the Honorio Delgado regional hospital, Arequipa – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-09-26) Caira Yucra, Beatriz; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoObjective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude of nursing staff regarding cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of the sterilization center of the Honorio Delgado Regional Hospital, Arequipa – 2021. Methodology: type of basic, quantitative research. Design, descriptive, correlational, transversal. The population will be 23 nurses (8 graduates and 15 technicians) who meet the selection criteria. Data collection techniques and instruments: A survey will be applied to collect data, using the knowledge questionnaire and the Likert-type attitude scale in nursing staff. Procedures: it will be carried out in 90 days, at the Sterilization Center of the Honorio Delgado Regional Hospital in Arequipa. Subsequently, a database will be created and the information will be transcribed into the SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Statistical analysis: for the descriptive data analysis of quantitative variables, measures of central tendency and dispersion will be used, for the absolute and relative quantitative frequency variables; Pearson's dependency test for the relationship between knowledge and attitude.Ítem Acceso abierto Stress and work performance in nursing graduates from the emergency service Clínica San Judas Tadeo Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-10) Castañeda Milla, Susana Rosa; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoThe objective of this thesis project is to determine the relationship between Stress and Work Performance in nursing graduates from the emergency service of the San Judas Tadeo-lima 2022 clinic. Materials and methods: A basic research will be carried out, with a quantitative approach. , observational, correlational and cross-sectional level in a sample made up of 40 nursing graduates from the emergency service of the San Judas Tadeo Clinic, to whom two scales of Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) rating that assesses the nurse's stress level in the physical, psychological and social dimensions, and the work performance evaluation format that integrates the dimensions of cognitive competencies, attitudinal-social competencies and physical capacity competencies.
