Actitud hacia la investigación y el pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes de Farmacia y Bioquímica de una universidad privada, 2021

Research today is considered one of the most important jobs for every professional because it forces the person to have critical thinking, generating new knowledge for its application according to the different needs, that is why the initiative for the development of this study with the objective of being able to determine the relationship that exists between the attitude towards research and critical thinking in the students of a private university, 2021. The methodological design was with a substantive quantitative approach and a correlational descriptive level, the results obtained were that there is a significant relationship between the attitude towards research and critical thinking in the students of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of a private university, 2021. Finally, it is concluded that the level of attitude of the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of Attitude towards research and critical thinking in pharmacy and biochemistry students a from a private university, 2021, is high, that is, out of 120 students surveyed, 74 of them, which is equivalent to 61.7%, consider that patience and curiosity for most of the things they analyze are key elements that reinforce their attitude towards research.

Las actitudes hacia la herramienta “Quizizz” y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de odontología de una universidad de Lima, año 2021

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between attitudes towards the "Quizizz" tool and the academic performance of students in the anatomy course of the professional school of dentistry of a university in Lima. The study was characterized by the use of the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type and nonexperimental design, the level was observational, correlational and cross-sectional; the population consisted of 100 students to whom a Likert scale questionnaire was applied to measure the attitudes towards the Quizizz tool, while to measure the academic performance the averages obtained at the end of the academic semester of each student were taken into account. The research showed that there is a significant relationship between attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance. The results of the Spearman's coefficient value indicated the degree of correlation between the variables is 0.371 and the significance level was less than 0.05; furthermore, a significant relationship was observed between the behavioral component dimension of attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance with a Spearman's coefficient of 0.452. It was concluded that attitudes towards the Quizizz tool are directly and significantly related to academic performance, this being a low and positive relationship.

Ansiedad y motivación del logro de estudiantes de la facultad de medicina de una Universidad Privada de Lima – 2022

The general objective of the study was to determine the relationship between anxiety and achievement motivation in students of the medical school of a Private University of Lima - 2022. For this purpose, a quantitative approach was chosen in the research, in addition to a non-specific design. experimental, descriptive - correlational, applied type and a hypothetical deductive method; Meanwhile, we worked with a sample that included 90 students from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle of the university under study, which was chosen according to a non-probabilistic sampling. As data collection instruments, the Hamilton scale for anxiety validated and adapted by Lobo et al. (2009) and the attributional achievement motivation scale of Morales and Gómez (2009). As a result of the statistical processing carried out, it was found that there is an indirect, significant correlation and a low intensity between anxiety and achievement motivation (p= 0.006 and Rho = -0.289), concluding that low or absent levels of anxiety are associated to an increase in the motivation to achieve the students at the medical school of a Private University of Lima - 2022.

La aplicación de estrategias de educación emocional en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de grado quinto de educación básica primaria de la Institución Educativa Técnica Sumapaz del Municipio de Melgar en el departamento del Tolima

This research is focused in to stablish a correlation between emotional development methodologies whit children and the impact they have in their academic performances. This research wants to favor the acquisition of scholar knowledges and promote the affective development through the understanding and the emotional management of own and other’s feelings. This study is almost experimental, it takes two groups of students from both sexes, their ages are around 9 and 12 years old, and they belong to fifth grade of elementary school. In one group, I applied some strategies for strengthen their emotional development, and in the other group, whit similar characteristics, I decided not to intervene the scenario with the purpose of make comparisons between these groups and analyze their academic achievement. As a method, I used an emotional intelligence test and an instrument for following the student’s academic performance. The results of this experiment evidenced that the group in which were applied emotional education strategies, conformed by 35 students, the 57,14 % got a superior academic performance and none student got the lowest level. It’s important to keep in mind that pre-test that it was applied, the same group got a 17,2% of low academic achievement and the 17,2% in high academic level, this shows up an evident improvement in their academic performance. The analytic verification of the results in both groups allows the acknowledgement of one important fact: the affective development have an influence in the student’s academic performance, and open up a road to strength a more integrate educational development of children.

Aprendizaje basado en problemas y desempeño académico en estudiantes de pregrado de una universidad de Lima, 2023

The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between problembased learning (PBL) and undergraduate student academic performance at a public university in Lima, through the quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. in a sample made up of 100 students enrolled in the 2023-II semester belonging to the Faculty of Social Sciences, applying two questionnaires previously validated by 5 education experts and with high reliability. As a result, a significance of 0.0000 < (0.05) and Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.384 were obtained; demonstrating that the correlation between both variables was direct and of a moderate level; concluding that this methodology contributes to strengthening university academic performance.

Autoconcepto y metas académicas de estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima - 2023

In this research, we established as a general objective to determine the relationship between self-concept and the academic goals of nursing students from a private university in Lima - 2023. The hypothetical deductive method was used, under a quantitative approach, of an applied type, with a non-experimental design. crosssectional, under a correlational descriptive level. With a population of 150 participants, a non-probabilistic sampling was used and after the formula, a sample of 108 students was obtained. Through the survey technique, two questionnaires were used as data collection instruments; self-concept scale, García et al. (1995) Self-concept Form 5. AF5. Madrid: TEA and CEMA-II: Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Academic Goals. The results showed that 60% of the sample qualifies the academic goals as inadequate and selfconcept at a medium level. With respect to the dimensions, 46% of respondents rate academic self-concept at a high level, 56% family self-concept at a medium level, 59% social self-concept at a medium level, 34% emotional self-concept at a medium level and 31% physical self-concept at a medium level. And with respect to the conclusion that the Sperman Rho coefficient (sig. = 0.111) is greater than 0.05, then the null hypothesis is not rejected and it is concluded that self-concept is not directly related to academic goals in nursing students. from a private university in Lima – 2023.

The present investigation has as objective to establish the relation that exists between the causes that relate the sexual violation in minors with penal judgments in penal court of Puente Piedra, 2015 The type of research is basic and the design is descriptive correlational. The population is of 03 magistrates of the Criminal Court of Puente Piedra-Lima, considering a nonprobabilistic sample of census type, intentional where the researcher deliberately chose the sampling points. The reliability of the instruments for the independent variable gave a coefficient of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.862 and for the dependent variable 0.861, which determines that the measuring instrument is of internal consistency with a high tendency. According to the hypothesis test, Kendall's Tau b correlation coefficient (Tb = 1000) indicates that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the investigation. Likewise, it is important to specify, according to the results obtained, that both the endogenous and exogenous factors, sexual abuse in minors is one of the factors with the worst repercussions in most of the abusers is to get the child's confidence to initiate a very close contact. personal until the minor's sexual access.

Competencias ciudadanas y comportamiento socialmente responsable en estudiantes de administración policial de la Escuela General Santander, Bogotá Colombia, 2023

This research aimed to determine the relationship between citizenship competencies and socially responsible behavior in police administration students at the General Francisco de Paula Santander School, Bogotá, Colombia. The method that followed the study was the hypothetical deductive in order to explain the results obtained against a series of hypotheses raised, a quantitative approach was adopted, nonexperimental design of cross-section, applied type and correlational level, The sample consisted of 119 students in the last year of studies to whom a questionnaire of 29 questions was applied to measure citizenship competencies and another of 25 questions to measure socially responsible behavior. As a result, the p-value was < 0.05 and the Rho= 0.692, which indicated that there is a direct and considerable relationship between citizenship competencies and socially responsible behavior. It was concluded that by developing favorably the citizenship skills of students, their socially responsible behavior will also improve.

The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between digital skills and attitude towards formative research in undergraduate students from a private university in Lima, taking the study a quantitative orientation and non-experimental design, cross-sectional correlational level, the sample consisted of by 200 undergraduate students of the II, IV and VI cycle belonging to the Faculty of Health Sciences of a private university in Lima, the instruments used were the Questionnaire on digital skills by Gutiérrez et al. (2017) and the questionnaire on attitude towards formative research by Castro (2017), both had the respective validity and reliability. As a result, a Sig of 0.000 (Sig. <0.05) and a Spearman's Rho of 0.518 were found, so the relationship was positive and considerable; that is, there is a relationship between digital skills and the attitude towards formative research in undergraduate students from a private university in Lima. In conclusion, it is pointed out that the greater development of digital skills in students implies that their attitude towards formative research increases considerably.

Competencias digitales y aprendizaje autónomo en estudiantes de pos grado de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana - 2022

The general objective of the research was to establish the relationship between digital competencies and autonomous learning of graduate students in the city of Lima in the year 2022. The methodology of the study was applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 80 graduate students from a private university. Two questionnaires were used for data collection and validated by experts. The data collected were processed in Excel and SPSS 26; the hypotheses were tested using the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient statistical test due to the quantitative nature of the variables. The results showed that the students are at a level in terms of digital competences of 47.5% level in terms of autonomous learning the students were found in 55% in the favorable level, it was shown that the correlation was ,877** and a p value of ,000 existing a high significant correlation. It is concluded that the higher the digital competences the higher the autonomous learning the student who applies the digital competences should develop an autonomous learning for the achievement of their academic purposes.

The purpose of this thesis was to establish that there is a relationship between digital skills and investigative skills in students from a university in Lima, 2023. For which, a hypothetical-deductive method was used; quantitative approach; non-experimental, crosssectional design and correlational level. The study was applied to 120 students from a university in Lima, 2023. In order to collect the information, two duly validated instruments were used: the first questionnaire was to measure digital skills and the second to measure investigative skills. For the processing of the information, a properly tabulated data matrix was made and later the IBM SPSS version 26 program was used; obtaining as a result that there is a significant relationship between the variables studied and obtaining a Rho coefficient of 0.542, which indicates that the correlation was positive and of considerable intensity.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between informational competencies and academic stress in physical therapy and rehabilitation students at a private university in Lima. The research was framed in the applied quantitative approach, with a nonexperimental design and correlational level, the sample was made up of 110 physical therapy and rehabilitation students chosen through non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, to whom the two instruments, the SISCO inventory of academic stress by Barraza (2007) and the IL-Humans questionnaire by Rodríguez et al. (2012). As results, it was found that 72.7% of students presented informational competencies at a medium level and that 57.3% presented stress at a moderate level. Likewise, a P value of 0.000 was obtained and Spearman's Rho was 0.702; thus concluding that there is a considerable direct correlation between informational competencies and academic stress.

With the purpose of establishing the relationship between professional competencies and academic goals in students of the professional career of initial education of a public university of Metropolitan Lima, 2022, the present research was developed under the hypothetical-deductive method, the study was focused in a quantitative way since the variables were valued and quantified in order to obtain answers and raise hypotheses. It was applied, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, since information from a specific moment was used. On the other hand, the population consisted of 200 students of the initial education profession. The sample consisted of 100 students. Thus, it was concluded that there is a remarkable relationship between professional competencies and academic goals in students of the professional career of early childhood education at a public university in Metropolitan Lima, 2022.

Comportamiento de los alumnos de odontología en relación al control de infecciones cruzadas, Lima - 2024

La presente investigación tiene como título “Comportamiento de los alumnos de odontología en relación al control de infecciones cruzadas, Lima – 2024” cuyo objetivo fue determinar el nivel de comportamiento de los alumnos de odontología sobre control de infecciones cruzadas en el 2024”. Metodología usada fue hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, descriptivo- transversal, observacional. Cuya muestra 132 estudiantes matriculados en el II semestre del 2024. A quienes se les aplico una encuesta debidamente estructurada, validados y confiables por Silva J., Oscar R. (2018) en su tesis “Evaluación del nivel de conocimiento, actitudes y prácticas respecto a medidas de control de infecciones en estudiantes de pregrado de estomatología de la UPSJB durante el 2017”, está constituido por 15 ítems con preguntas y respuestas cerradas; cuyo grado de confiabilidad fue aceptable, dado por el Alpha de Cronbach (0.70) y la validez (Juicio de expertos). Resultados: el nivel de comportamiento de los estudiantes de odontología de la Clínica Odontológica de la Universidad Norbert Wiener está significativamente relacionado con el control de infecciones cruzadas. Esto se evidenció con un nivel de significancia de p=0.001<0.05p = 0.001 < 0.05, lo que llevó al rechazo de la hipótesis nula (Ho) y la aceptación de la hipótesis alterna (Hi). Por tanto, se concluye que el predominio de un nivel alto de comportamiento (78.8%) contribuye al buen control de infecciones cruzadas observado en el 90.2% de los estudiantes.

En el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como Objetivo: determinar y analizar la relación existente entre La comunicación terapeutica de enfermería y el nivel de la ansiedad en pacientes prequirúrgicos del Servicio Especialidades Quirúrgicas del Centro Médico Naval. Material y Método: esta investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, ya que utilizamos la recolección de datos para demostración de la hipótesis sustentada con objetivos de establecer pautas sobre el comportamiento y comprobar teorías, Cuasi experimental, y es Correlacional: al determinar si ambas variables están relacionadas o no. La población muestra está constituida por 70 pacientes del servicio de Especialidades Quirúrgicas del Centro Médico Naval. Para la recolección de datos se utilizará la entrevista y dos encuestas uno para medir la comunicación terapeutica y la prueba IDARE para medir el nivel de ansiedad.

Conocimiento y conducta de las personas hacia la donación de sangre en laboratorio INSITEM - Lima 2025

El estudio titulado “Conocimiento y conducta de las personas hacia la donación de sangre en el laboratorio INSITEM – Lima 2025” tuvo como propósito analizar la influencia del nivel de conocimiento en la conducta de las personas ante la donación de sangre en dicho laboratorio durante el año 2025. Se empleó una metodología descriptivo-correlacional con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 180 usuarios que acudieron al laboratorio INSITEM en octubre de 2025, considerándose una muestra censal al incluirse a todos los participantes. La recolección de datos se realizó de manera presencial mediante un instrumento validada por tres tecnólogos médicos expertos. La confiabilidad del instrumento fue evaluada con el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose valores de 0,779 para la variable conocimiento y 0,675 para la variable conducta. Los resultados mostraron que la relación entre conocimiento y conducta hacia la donación de sangre no fue significativa (p = 0,086). Asimismo, la relación entre conocimiento y factores individuales presentó una significancia de 0,48, mientras que para los factores sociales fue de 0,08 y para los factores estructurales de 0,92. En conclusión, se determinó que el nivel de conocimiento no influye directamente en la decisión de donar sangre; sin embargo, se evidenció una relación positiva con los factores individuales, a diferencia de los factores sociales y estructurales, donde no se encontró asociación.

Desempeño docente y satisfacción académica de clases virtuales en pospandemia en estudiantes de Odontología de una Universidad Nacional de Lima, 2022

The research on teaching performance and academic satisfaction in virtual classes in the context of post-pandemia, in dental students of a national university in Lima, 2022 had the objective of determining the relationship between teaching performance and academic satisfaction. The research had a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional correlational. The population consisted of students of the School of Dentistry and for the census sample, one hundred sixth and seventh cycle students were considered who were surveyed in person. The data were collected by means of surveys and the instruments used were two questionnaires that were previously validated by the judgment of five experts with results of applicability, the reliability of both questionnaires were analyzed by means of the Crombach's Alpha statistical test with results of reliability; subsequently, normality tests were performed on both variables by means of the Kolmogorov - Smirnov statistical test where the teaching performance variable showed a value of 0.074 and the academic satisfaction variable showed a value of 0.063. The results evidenced by the Pearson correlation statistical test showed a value of r =0.901 and (significance level) p value =0.00, allowing us to conclude that teaching performance and academic satisfaction have a high positive correlation.

Discriminación, cultura andina y autoestima en Cochapampa Chetilla- Cajamarca 2020

This research study analyzes the level of influence of discrimination, Andean culture and self-esteem in residents of Cochapampa Chetilla - Cajamarca 2020. A correlational design was applied in which 112 residents of the Cochapampa community participated, who responded to a survey out of 10 discrimination questions about your local outfits and the Cooper Smith self-esteem test. The results show that there is a very weak correlation regarding the study variables since it was obtained (rho = 0.075, p = 0.433). What is concluded that discrimination can slightly affect the self-esteem of the inhabitants, which indicates that they love their culture and their Andean roots.

The present research aims to reveal the degree of influence that dysfunctional families exert on the students of CEBA "Miguel Grau" night shift, face-to-face mode, from Magdalena del Mar, Lima 2020, for this research a sample of 130 Students of the faceto-face modality, being a mixed population of 67 women and 63 men, it is a Basic Descriptive investigation, it uses two variables, one independent and one dependent, the approach is quantitative with statistical procedures and data collection, the research design is not experimental, it is cross-sectional. The inclusion and exclusion criteria are, being a registered student, in the 2021 period, night shift, face-to-face, the instruments used are the enrollment form, Survey validated by experts (prepared by the author), The results conclude that the Dysfunctional Family Variable directly influences the Variable offending behaviors in students. In a significant way, and concluding that students with antisocial and sometimes offending behavior problems as a whole come from dysfunctional families with serious problems in communication, stability, control and some overcrowding. And antisocial and offending behaviors showed addictions, violence, desertion and uncontrolled emotional behaviors.

Distorsiones cognitivas y conducta agresiva en presuntos autores de agresión sexual en una Institución Pública del Estado, Lima 2023

There are studies that indicate that sexual offenders present many cognitive distortions, including erroneous beliefs and attitudes, the purpose is to show how cognitive distortions are linked to aggressive behavior, which are involved in sexual aggression, allowing us to prevent, avoid and predict this crime. Objective: To determine the relationship between cognitive distortions and aggressive behaviors of alleged sexual aggressors in a public institution of the State of Lima, 2023. Materials and methods: It has a non-experimental design of correlational level, deductive method of applied research type, quantitative approach, descriptive correlational design. The Cognitive Distortions Scale - EDC instrument was applied, created by the authors are Abel, Gore, Holland, Camp, Becker & Rathner in 1989, adapted in 2016 by Cepeda, Zulma; Ruiz, José in Colombia, which consists of 29 items; with a Crombach's Alpha coefficient of 0.783 and the AQ Aggression Questionnaire created by Buss and Perry in 1992; which contains 29 items, adapted in Spain by Rodríguez et al, Buss and Perry's Aggression Questionnaire adapted to Peru by Matalinares, et al., 2012, obtained an alpha of 0.83 in the reliabilities. Results: In the variable cognitive distortions with 74.07 % is at a high level and aggressive behaviors with 90.12 % are at a high level, also the correlation between cognitive distortions and aggressive behaviors according to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.351, which indicates that it is positive. Conclusions: The research shows us that there are significant levels of cognitive distortions that originate a high level of aggressive behaviors.
