Conclusions: Within all the systematic reviews, 80% (n=08/10) demonstrated that nursing education to reduce anxiety levels in patients undergoing surgical intervention was effective since it significantly helps in coping with the process in the patient. postoperative.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of Physical Exercise to improve the quality of life of people on hemodialysis(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Roman Campos, Julissa Rosa; Vila Fabian, Juanita; Mendigure Fernández, JulioIt is a systemic review that included 11 articles no older than 10 years published in English and Spanish extracted from the databases Pubmed, Scielo, Journal Medical, Cochrane Plus and BVS whose main topic was the effectiveness of physical exercise to improve quality of life of people on hemodialysis. 66.6% of the articles come from Spain, 8.3% from Chile, Brazil, Korea and Taiwan respectively. Results: 66.6% of the articles demonstrate that physical exercise improves muscle strength, 41.6% reveal improvement in functional capacity. 100% of the articles demonstrated the improvement in the quality of life of people on hemodialysis, mostly in the physical (75%) and mental (41.6%) dimensions, other dimensions were also observed (emotional state, social functioning, general perception health, body pain) Conclusions: Physical exercise is effective in improving the quality of life in people on hemodialysis given that it has a positive impact on the dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social functioning, general perception of health and pain bodily.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of using diaries as a strategy to reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in post-intensive care patients and their families.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-18) Aica Huamán, Sofia; Castañeda Campozano, Ruth Elizabeth; Avila Vargas Machuca, Jeannette GiselleObjective: Systematize the available evidence regarding the effectiveness of the use of diaries as a strategy to reduce the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in patients and their families after intensive care. Materials and Methods: The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles found on the Effectiveness of the use of diaries as a strategy to reduce the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in patients and their families after intensive care, were found in the following Cochrane database, Lilacs, Scielo, Pubmed, Epistemonikos, Bvs and analyzed according to the Grade scale to specify its strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the total of 10 articles reviewed, 70% of them are of high quality, 30% correspond to moderate scientific evidence, the authors suggest conducting more research studies. Conclusions: 70% (7/10) of the reviews carried out evidence that the use of diaries was an effective measure, 20% (2/10) minimal evidence and 10% (1/10) there is no evidence that the use of the diaries favors the reduction of PTSD symptoms in post-intensive care patients and/or family members. It is evident that the use of diaries was a 50% (5/10) more effective intervention in family members of critically ill patients, where nurses write the diaries.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of enteral nutrition by nasojejunal tube compared with nasogastric tube in critically ill patients(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-11-12) Palomino Huaraca, Elvis; Rojas Espinoza, Juan Rommel; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioMaterials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the GRADE evaluation to identify their level of evidence. Pudmed, Scielo, Bvs, Medline (2002 – 2017) were searched for studies comparing gastric and jejunal feeding in critically ill patients. The 10 scientific articles systematically reviewed correspond to China, Australia, Canada, Georgia, London. Results: In the final selection, a sample was chosen from the total of 10 articles systematically reviewed, we found that 60% (n = 6/10) 6 of the articles show that the placement of the nasojejunal tube reduces gastric residual volume and provides better result in nutritional status, meanwhile 40% of the reviewed articles concluded that there is no variation and significance in the use of the nasojejunal or nasogastric tube, both being equal when providing enteral nutritional support. Conclusions: The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles on the effectiveness of enteral nutrition by nasojejunal tube compared to the nasogastric tube in improving indicators of the nutritional status of critically ill patients, 60% (n=06/10) showed that the Enteral nutrition via nasojejunal tube is more effective compared to nasogastric tube in improving indicators (BMI, kcal per day, serum albumin, pre-albumin, transferrin) of the nutritional status of the critically ill patient.Ítem Acceso abierto Importance of psycho-education in parents of patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder for the improvement of associated symptoms(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-08-01) Yactayo Auccapiña, Karen Lesley; Prado Villarreal, Jhonny José; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoSystematization of evidence on the importance of psychocoeducation in parents of patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for the improvement of associated symptoms.
