    The purpose of this research was to evaluate the level of adherence to iron deficiency anemia treatment through a pharmaceutical intervention in mothers of children aged 0 to 5 years at the National Maternal Perinatal Institute. Lima 2021. The method used was deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive level, the research design corresponds to non-experimental, observational: cross-sectional. The population consisted of 100 mothers with their respective children, for the variable adherence to treatment with polymaltose iron, the survey technique was used with its validated and reliable instrument. It was found that 58% of mothers have medium adherence to treatment with polymaltose iron. Likewise, in dimension 1: Compliance has 100% adherence, in dimension 2: Abandonment and dimension 3: Complementary recommendations has an average adherence of 57% and 46% respectively. It was concluded that the level of adherence to treatment for iron deficiency anemia through a pharmaceutical intervention in mothers of children aged 0 to 5 years at the National Maternal Perinatal Institute was average adherence.
