Material and method: The systematic, retrospective, observational, quantitative review, subjected to a judgment selection, using the GRADE scale, for the distribution of the importance of the evidence and thus to estimate the strength of the recommendation, were found in the following databases: Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Cochrane, Mesh, Scielo, Elsevier, epistemonikos. The 14 scientific articles found on the effectiveness of physical activity to improve quality of life in cancer survivors were evaluated to establish the quality and strength of evidence using the GRADE scale. Results: Of the 14 articles selected and reviewed, 64% (9/14) are systematic reviews, 21% (3/14) are randomized controlled trials, and finally 15. % (2/14) are meta-analyses, of which 100% (14/14) are of high and strong quality for the study, and show the effectiveness of physical activity in cancer survivors to improve their quality of life. Conclusions: Of the 14 articles reviewed, 100% show the effectiveness of physical activity in cancer survivors to improve their quality of life.
