Ítem Acceso abierto Leadership styles and organizational climate of the nursing staff of the medical specialties service of the Alberto Sabogal national hospital, Callao 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-23) Minaya Romero, Linda Elizabeth; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjective: To determine the relationship between leadership styles and the organizational climate of nursing staff. Materials and methods: The study method will be hypothetical-deductive. With a quantitative approach. The type of research will be applied. The methodological design that will be used will be observational, correlational, descriptive, and cross-sectional. The population will be 110 nurses, technicians, and nursing assistants. The sample will be made up of 86 nursing staff, simple random sampling will be applied. Instruments: to measure the variable "Leadership Styles" the questionnaire prepared by Casales 2006 will be applied, modified by Carrasco in 2021, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.801 and to evaluate the variable "Organizational Climate" the questionnaire prepared by Barrientos in 2021 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.882. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of descriptive statistics that will present the results according to levels and inferential statistics through the application of Spearman's Rho test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.
