Ítem Acceso abierto Nursing care in neonates with peripheral insertion venous catheter (picc) hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit, hospítal guillermo almenara irigoyen - lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-14) Tinoco Urco, Elsa Adelaida; Pretell Aguliar, Rosa MaríaObjective: To determine the nursing care in neonates with a peripherally inserted venous catheter (PICC) in neonates hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit in Lima, 2021 Methodology: The study will have a quantitative, applied and deductive approach. The population will be made up of nursing professionals with a specialty in Neonatal Intensive Care, being a total of 72 nurses specialized in neonatal intensive care. Since the population is small, the sample will also be made up of 72 nurses, who work in the neonatal intensive care unit, at the Guillermo Almenara Hospital. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The technique that will be used is Observation, using the Observation Guide of the Nursing Care research in the management of the peripheral venous catheter.
