Level of knowledge about basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers in adults, in the personnel working in a health center in the district of Independencia Lima- 2021

Determine the level of knowledge of the staff on basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers in adults, in a health center in the Independencia district, Lima 2021 Material and method: The research responds to the descriptive cross-sectional method, has a quantitative approach, is basic, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 70 workers who work in a health center in the Independencia district, the data collection technique will be used, which is the questionnaire, this consists of 10 items, the introduction that includes the nature of the study. The second one responds to the instructions for the correct choice of answers and questions about symptoms covered by multiple options on basic CPR knowledge in adults. Its content validity was made and it was submitted to expert judgment, the nonparametric Wilcoxon test was used with a statistical significance of 0.05. The data processing will be carried out using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 22.0, and Excel for Windows 2016 was also used to empty the data according to a structured matrix as a database in relation to the measurement instrument.

The management of free time and healthy leisure practices in adolescents who attend a community mental health center of the Ayna San Francisco district, La Mar province, Ayacucho, 2022

Objective: To determine the relationship between the management of free time and healthy leisure practices among adolescents attending a community mental health center in the district of Ayna San Francisco, La Mar province, Ayacucho, 2022. Materials and Methods: The research follows a hypothetical-deductive approach as it is based on analysis, with a quantitative focus because it involves collecting and examining information. It is applied in nature, grounded in theoretical foundations, and descriptive. The study population consists of 80 adolescents attending a community mental health center in the district of Ayna San Francisco, La Mar province, Ayacucho, in 2022. A survey technique was employed, with a Likert scale instrument that includes sections on presentation, instructions, sociodemographic characteristics, and a questionnaire titled "Management of Free Time and Healthy Leisure Practices." The instrument underwent content validation through expert judgment. The questionnaire on healthy leisure practices demonstrated high reliability, as evaluated by Cronbach's Alpha statistic, with a value of 0.72. A pilot test involving 10 adolescents with similar characteristics was conducted. Data entry was performed using Excel for Windows 2016, structured in a matrix as a database aligned with the measurement instrument.

Plan AIS para mejorar la productividad de un centro de salud en el contexto de la Pandemia COVID – 19, Lima 2020

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Plan AIS para mejorar la productividad de un centro de salud en el contexto de la Pandemia COVID – 19, Lima 2020” tiene por objetivo demostrar las razones por las cuales el centro de salud vio afectada su productividad a consecuencia de la pandemia provocada por el virus de la Covid-19, luego de que el gobierno priorizara la atención de casos de urgencia y emergencia asociados a las infecciones respiratorias agudas, así como el distanciamiento social y la reducción del aforo en lugares públicos. Asimismo, se evidencia la influencia del temor de la población al contagio y la comorbilidad del personal en la reducción de la productividad. A efectos de la tesis, se empleó el sintagma holístico con enfoque mixto de tipo proyectivo de nivel comprensivo, y se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo. Por otro lado, las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron el análisis documental y la entrevista: el instrumento empleado para el estudio cuantitativo fue la ficha del análisis documental del Reporte 40, reporte de productividad, desde el mes de enero hasta junio de 2020, mientras que el instrumento empleado para el análisis cualitativo fue la guía de entrevista que consta de 8 preguntas relacionadas con 4 sub categorías, las cuales se aplicó a 4 de los responsables de las distintas áreas del establecimiento de salud en estudio. Los resultados de las entrevistas fueron analizados mediante el software ATLAS.ti8 y, posteriormente, dichos resultados se unificaron para realizar el análisis mixto mediante la triangulación.
