The objective of this research was to evaluate the accessibility of essential generic medicines in terms of price and availability in pharmaceutical offices in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima, 2022. This is an applied study with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional observational design. The instrument used was a data collection form with the observational technique. Results: A 91% availability was found for the entire list of medicines, and a 100% availability was determined individually for Captopril, Metformin, Naproxen, and Paracetamol solution. Regarding prices, a variation ranging from 10% to 55% was found. Conclusion: The availability of the full list of essential generic medicines was not entirely met in the pharmacies of San Juan de Lurigancho, while price variation showed a coefficient of up to 55%.Publicación Acceso abierto Conocimientos y actitudes entre el personal de las oficinas farmacéuticas sobre los medicamentos genéricos en el distrito de Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, Callao, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2026-01-28) Tirado Livia, Francisco Cesar; Villanueva Vílchez, Hugo GilbertoThe general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes among pharmacy staff regarding generic medications in the district of Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, Callao, 2025. The research methodology was quantitative, with a non experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The results showed a very high and significant correlation between knowledge and attitudes (rho = 0.926; p = 0.000), confirming the positive relationship between both variables. Similarly, a significant association was found between knowledge and the three dimensions of attitudes: behavior, prejudice, and imitation, all with p values < 0.05. In the case of pharmaceutical supply, this methodology can play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain and reducing problems. The objective was to determine the relationship between the Six Sigma methodology and the supply of pharmaceutical products. The research method carried out is basic and uses a hypothetical deductive, correlational and non-experimental quantitative approach. The target population of the research is the workers who work in the pharmacy, and the sample consists of the 15 collaborators who are part of said pharmacy. The result was that it is always considered important to define the Six Sigma methodology. Furthermore, most always consider identifying the Six Sigma methodology. Another aspect is that it is almost always considered important to measure the Six Sigma methodology. Also, sometimes it is considered important to analyze the Six Sigma methodology. In addition, it is sometimes considered important to improve the Six Sigma methodology. In addition, it is sometimes considered important to control the Six Sigma methodology. For a long time, medications have been dispensed incorrectly, resulting in irrational drug use, leading to adverse drug reactions and chronic diseases. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge of Technical Directors about pharmacovigilance in pharmaceutical offices in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. Method: The research was applied, quantitative, observational, and cross-sectional. Data was collected through a survey containing one question about work experience and 11 questions about knowledge. All data was processed using Office Suite with the Excel 2019 application. Results: It was found that pharmaceutical professionals have a good level of knowledge about pharmacovigilance in the dimensions of generalities, methods, and processes. Regarding work experience, the results were good for those with 1 to 3 years of experience. Conclusion: The Technical Directors in the district of Villa María del Triunfo demonstrate a good level of knowledge about pharmacovigilance.
