Effectiveness of Physical Exercise to improve the quality of life of people on hemodialysis
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Roman Campos, Julissa Rosa; Vila Fabian, Juanita; Mendigure Fernández, Julio
It is a systemic review that included 11 articles no older than 10 years published in English and Spanish extracted from the databases Pubmed, Scielo, Journal Medical, Cochrane Plus and BVS whose main topic was the effectiveness of physical exercise to improve quality of life of people on hemodialysis. 66.6% of the articles come from Spain, 8.3% from Chile, Brazil, Korea and Taiwan respectively. Results: 66.6% of the articles demonstrate that physical exercise improves muscle strength, 41.6% reveal improvement in functional capacity. 100% of the articles demonstrated the improvement in the quality of life of people on hemodialysis, mostly in the physical (75%) and mental (41.6%) dimensions, other dimensions were also observed (emotional state, social functioning, general perception health, body pain) Conclusions: Physical exercise is effective in improving the quality of life in people on hemodialysis given that it has a positive impact on the dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social functioning, general perception of health and pain bodily.

Effectiveness of sucrose for pain control during invasive procedures in the newborn
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Quispe Riveros, Rosy; Tarazona Nuñez, Rosa Kelly; Remuzgo Artezano, Anika
Objective: Determine the effectiveness of sucrose for pain control during invasive procedures in the newborn Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles underwent a critical reading, using Jover's evaluation to identify its level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 30% (03) correspond to the United States, while with 10% (01) we find England, Uruguay, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Korea, Arabia Saudi respectively. Most experimental studies have been studied, with 90%, mainly in the countries of England, Uruguay, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Korea, Saudi Arabia. Among systematic reviews we find the country of the United States, with 10%. Where, of the total number of articles analyzed, 100% stated that those newborns who received oral sucrose reduced their pain. Conclusions: The effectiveness of sucrose in controlling pain in newborns undergoing invasive procedures was evidenced in the reviewed research. It is recommended to use 24% sucrose in full-term newborns, as an optimal dose: 0.5ml/kg/po maximum 8 times in 24 hours, 2 minutes before the painful procedure.

Effectiveness of therapeutic hypothermia to reduce complications in pediatric patients after cardiorespiratory arrest
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-02-07) Collantes Zegarra, Johana; Cornejo Ricaldi, Ayleen Griselle; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa María
Objective: Systematize the available evidence from studies carried out on the effectiveness of therapeutic hypothermia to reduce complications in pediatric patients after cardiorespiratory arrest. Material and methods: The type of study is descriptive, the design of a systematic review was obtained from the following databases Pubmed, Scielo, Wolters Kluwer, Google academic, Wiley One library, Dialnet, Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 40% (n=4/10) are cohort studies, another 40% (n=4/10) are randomized controlled trials and 20% (n=2/10) are systematic reviews, According to the quality of the evidence, it was found to be high at 60%. According to the strength of recommendation, it is strong at 60% and moderate recommendation at 40%, according to the country where the investigations were carried out, they correspond to the USA 80%, Korea 10% and Taywan 10%. Results: According to the evidence reviewed, 20% (n= 2/10) affirm the effectiveness of therapeutic hypothermia to reduce complications in pediatric patients after cardiorespiratory arrest while 80% (n= 8/10) affirm that therapeutic hypothermia does not provides no benefit in pediatric patients post cardiorespiratory arrest. Conclusions: It is concluded that 2 of 10 evidence reviewed demonstrate the effectiveness of therapeutic hypothermia to reduce complications in pediatric patients after cardiorespiratory arrest and 8 of 10 evidence indicate that therapeutic hypothermia does not provide any benefit in pediatric patients after cardiorespiratory arrest.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Villanueva Andrade, Raul Eduardo; Villanueva Torres, Ingrid Estela; Gamarra Bustillos, Carlos
Objective: Systematize and analyze the effectiveness of enoxaparin vs unfractionated heparin in the treatment of adult patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methodology: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles underwent Jover evaluation to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 9 articles were chosen, we found that 50% (05) correspond to Canada, with 30% (03) we find the United States, while with 10% (01) we find Korea and France respectively. Most of them are quantitative studies with 100%, mainly in the countries of Canada and the United States. Conclusions: Of the total of 9 articles systematically reviewed, 70% of the articles show that Enoxaparin is more effective than unfractionated heparin in the treatment of adult patients with acute coronary syndrome and 20% of the studies presented in the systematic review concludes that there are no significant differences between enoxaparins and low molecular weight heparin.
