Materials and Methods: The type of research was quantitative, the research design was systematic review, the population consisted of 20 articles, and the sample comprised 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases. The instrument was database search: Scielo, PubMed, Elsevier, EBSCO, and the GRADE system was used to assess quality. Results: Of the evidence found, 100% indicate that laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with compensated liver cirrhosis is safe as it shows a low rate of morbidity and mortality during surgery. Conclusion: 100% of the articles in the study demonstrate the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery in patients with compensated liver cirrhosis, providing low morbidity and mortality and shorter operative time during surgery.Ítem Acceso abierto Thrombocytopenia and its Association with Mortality in patients hospitalized for Liver Cirrhosis at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital, Huancayo 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-05) Aguirre Mendoza, Katharine; Huamán Cárdenas, Victor RaulAlcoholism is the most common cause of liver cirrhosis, followed by the hepatitis B virus.
