    Aspects related to effective communication between nurses and patients' families

    Objectives: Determine the aspects related to effective communication between the nurse and the patients' families in the area. Methodology/Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using Jover's evaluation to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 40% (04) correspond to Spain, with 40% (04) we find Colombia, while with 10% (01) we find Peru and Mexico respectively. The majority of Cross-Sectional studies have been studied, with 90%, mainly in the countries of Spain, Colombia, Peru and Mexico. And with 10% we have quasi-experimental studies belonging to Spain. Where the aspects related to effective communication of the nurse with the family members considered in the majority of the articles analyzed were: Verbal aspects (Strategies to facilitate understanding), Non-verbal aspects (social skills), heterogeneous positions on the presence of the family , the identification of the nurse and finally the instrumental aspects. Conclusions: It was evident in the reviewed research that to carry out effective communication it is necessary to consider the aspects of communication.

    Communication with parents and sexual behaviors of adolescents in a public institution

    Objective: Determine the relationship between the communication of parents and the sexual behaviors of adolescents in a Public Institution. Methodology: The study design is descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population was 585 adolescents, the sample consisted of 232 adolescents. The technique used was an interview aimed at adolescents and the instrument applied was a questionnaire for each variable: Risky sexual behaviors and Communication between parents and children. Results: Aggressive communication prevails between parents and their adolescent children, represented by 29.4% (37), predisposing the adolescent to have high-risk sexual behavior, followed by a 21.4% (27) with medium-risk sexual behavior; It was also observed that there is passive communication, being represented with 25.4% (32) predisposing the adolescent to have high-risk sexual behavior and 18.3% (23) to medium-risk sexual behavior. From the analysis of the results and choice of the hypothesis using the Spearman correlation statistical test where the P value is 0.703, it is concluded: There is a relationship between parental communication and the sexual behaviors of adolescents.

    Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo en el profesional de enfermería de una clínica privada de Lima, 2024

    Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la comunicación efectiva y el trabajo en equipo en el profesional de enfermería de una Clínica Privada de Lima, 2024. Metodología: El método fue hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 90 enfermeros. La técnica fue la encuesta y dos instrumentos validados. Resultados: Se evidencia que la comunicación efectiva del profesional de enfermería fue nivel medio 60%, alto 20% y bajo 20%; asimismo, el trabajo en equipo fue nivel regular 56.7%, eficiente 23.3% y deficiente 20%. Según la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman, existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre la comunicación efectiva y el trabajo en equipo de enfermería (Rho = 0.951, p = 0,001); entre la dimensión transmisora de la cultura institucional y el trabajo en equipo de enfermería (Rho = 0.880, p = 0,001); entre la dimensión fuente de motivación del personal y el trabajo en equipo de enfermería (Rho = 0.884, p = 0,001); y entre la dimensión facilitadora en la resolución del conflicto y el trabajo en equipo de enfermería (Rho = 0.848, p = 0,001). Conclusiones: Se determinó una relación positiva y muy buena entre la comunicación efectiva y el trabajo en equipo en el profesional de enfermería de una Clínica Privada de Lima, así como según dimensiones transmisora de la cultura institucional, fuente de motivación del personal y facilitadora en la resolución del conflicto con el trabajo en equipo de enfermería.

    Culture of patient safety and quality of care in the nurses of a Specialized Pediatric Hospital, Lima 2022

    Introduction: The patient safety culture is one of the hospital management indicators that allows identifying the risks that nursing care can produce and favors the offer of quality nursing care. Materials and methods: Non-experimental design, correlational level, cross-sectional and quantitative approach. In relation to the population, 60 nursing professionals who work in emergency and hospitalization services were considered. Regarding the technique, the survey will be used and there will be two measurement instruments that will be applied. In relation to the instrument that measures patient safety culture, it contains 42 questions and covers five dimensions, within which are teamwork, communication, safety culture, supervision, and management and direction. Similarly, the nursing care quality instrument comprises 21 items and covers three dimensions defined as technical, operational and human, taking into consideration that the two questionnaires are valid in terms of reliability and validity. Regarding the conclusive values, the levels of good, average and bad are defined for the patient safety culture variable, and in relation to the variable quality of nursing care, its conclusive levels will be low, medium and high.

    Effective strategies to improve communication among health personnel in a surgical center

    This is a systematic review of 10 scientific articles that respond to articles published in Spanish, English and Portuguese no older than 5 years. Data collection was carried out through a bibliographic review of both national and international research articles. and where they were found in the following databases Scielo, Pubmed, Elsevier, Scielo, BvsPeru, Lilacs. The main theme was effective strategies to improve communication among surgical center health personnel; Of all the articles that were found, the most important ones were included according to the level of experience and the least relevant ones were excluded. The selected articles were subjected to critical reading, using the grade system to assign the strength of recommendation.

    Effectiveness in the communicational nursing strategy directed to the family to improve the care of the adult patients of the intensive care unit

    Materials and Methods: The systematic review of 10 articles focused on the effectiveness of nursing communication strategies aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit were found in the following databases: Pubmed, Scielo, Epistemonikos, all of which were analyzed using the GRADE scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: According to the study design, 50% were systematic reviews, 10% were randomized controlled trials, and 40% were descriptive studies. The evidence found shows that 40% (n=40/10) indicated effectiveness in the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit, while 60% (n=60/10) suggested that the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family should be improved to enhance the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit. Conclusion: It was concluded that 4 out of 10 authors indicated that there is effectiveness in the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit. It was also concluded that 6 out of 10 authors suggested that the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family should be improved to enhance the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit.

    Effectiveness of coaching to strengthen nursing leadership

Population of 10 articles in database, full text, no older than 10 years, grade system was used to determine strength and quality of evidence; 40% of articles come from the US, 10% from Australia and the United Kingdom, 20% from Brazil and Peru. 100% of articles agree that the Coaching strategy contributes to strengthening leadership in nurse managers, with transformational leadership predominating. Strengthening leadership favors respect and satisfactory interpersonal relationships with collaborators; self-knowledge, positive attitudinal changes, security, trust, resilience and emotional maturity, contributing to greater commitment, management capacity, communication, decision making, conflict resolution, improving work performance and achievement of institutional objectives.

    Emotional state of the mother and quality of newborn care, Hospital de Ventanilla - Callao, 2022.

    Objective: to determine the relationship between the emotional state of the mother and the quality of care of the newborn. Methodology: the method that will follow the present study will be of an applied, deductive type, with a quantitative approach and its design will be non-experimental, transversal, with a correlational scope or level. The population will be made up of 50 mothers who gave birth successfully at the Ventanilla Hospital - Callao. Data collection techniques and instruments: the established population will be applied the survey technique, through closed questionnaires that allow the emotional state of the mother and the quality of care of the newborn. Both instruments were designed, validated and applied by national authors. Statistical Analysis: the coded data will be analyzed in two different ways; first in a descriptive way and second in a correlational way.

    Estrategias de comunicación y esfuerzo contra la anemia en la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén, Loreto 2023

    En el presente estudio se determinó la influencia de las estrategias de comunicación en la lucha contra la anemia en la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén, Loreto 2023. Se empleó el método hipotético-deductivo, un enfoque cuantitativo bajo un tipo de investigación correlacional y explicativa, donde se estimó un diseño no experimental y transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 100 participantes, de los cuales se les aplico un cuestionario que medió las variables de estudio. Los resultados indicaron un nivel de significancia 0,000 en la prueba de normalidad de Kolmogorov-Smirnov, determinando así la aplicación de la prueba correlacional de datos no paramétricos de Spearman. En este sentido, se señala que existe una relación significativa entre las variables de estrategias de comunicación y la lucha contra la anemia (Rho=0,887). Asimismo, existe una relación entre la dimensión estrategias de lanzamiento y la lucha contra la anemia (Rho=0,879); las estrategias de confianza con la lucha contra la anemia (0,885); los medios tradicionales con la lucha contra la anemia (Rho=0,888) y las redes sociales con la lucha contra la anemia (Rho=0,901). Esto sugiere que dichas estrategias contribuyen para medir el impacto y la promoción del contenido desarrollado sobre el público objetivo, basándose en la credibilidad y fiabilidad de la información a través de canales acordes para lograr mayor alcance.

    Factors associated with non-compliance with type II diabetes mellitus treatment in older adults

    Objective: Determine the factors associated with non-compliance with the treatment of Type II Diabetes Mellitus in older adults. Materials and Methods: Systematic reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: The 10 articles reviewed were located in the databases Scielo, Lilacs, :Lipecs and Dialnet, they show that there are many factors that are associated with non-compliance with treatment but in particular, those that present the highest levels of statistical association are treatment schemes, lifestyles, personal and family factors and access to quality primary care, also among the factors associated with non-compliance with treatment in type II diabetic patients is sedentary lifestyle and obesity. Conclusion: The factors associated with non-compliance with the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in older adults are treatment regimens, lifestyles, personal and family factors, and sedentary lifestyle and obesity. Also associated are the level of family conflict, communication patterns, the degree to which parents are involved in caring for their children's diabetes, satisfaction in the couple's relationship, family functionality, and family structure. , stressful family events, and even family abilities to handle unforeseen situations, are associated with adherence to type 2 diabetes mellitus treatment in older adults.

    Habilidades de comunicación y estilo de liderazgo transformacional de los gerentes de enfermería de un hospital de nivel II de Lima, 2025

    Introducción: Las habilidades comunicativas y el liderazgo transformacional constituyen herramientas claves para que los gerentes de enfermería gestiones de manera eficaz sus equipos, mejoren la calidad asistencial y fortalezcan la cultura organizacional en los centros asistenciales. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre las habilidades de comunicación y el estilo de liderazgo transformacional de los gerentes de enfermería de un hospital de nivel II, Lima, 2025. Metodología: se basará en la aplicación del método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y alcance correlacional. Población: 100 profesionales de enfermería asistenciales que laboran en un hospital II de Lima. La técnica utilizada será la encuesta, los instrumentos ambos son cuestionarios respectivamente. Dichos instrumentos serán tomados referencialmente desde los estudios de Briceño Sánchez, Dora en el 2020 y Bernard Bass en el 2000, adaptado por Rodríguez en el 2016. La validez del instrumento 1 fue realizada mediante la prueba de r Pearson en un valor de 0.35; igualmente el instrumento 2, mediante validez de contenido a través de juicio de 5 expertos. La confiabilidad del instrumento 1 y 2, se aplicó por medio de prueba piloto y alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose resultados de alfa de Cronbach de 0,85 y 0,86. También se utilizará el programa SPSS "Statistical Package for the Social Sciences". Para el análisis descriptivo se elaborarán tablas de doble entrada y se expresarán las frecuencias en porcentajes. El análisis inferencial, se desarrollará previa prueba de normalidad a fin de aplicar las pruebas paramétricas (correlación de Pearson) o no paramétricas (prueba de Rho de Spearman).

    Humanized nursing care and its relationship with the satisfaction of post-operative patients in the recovery service in a Private Clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022

    The present investigation had as general objective to analyze the relationship between Humanized Nursing Care and the satisfaction of post-operative patients in the recovery service in a private clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022 for which a hypothetical deductive method was used, a type of applied research and a non-experimental design in a sample of 80 post-operative patients in the recovery service in a private clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022 to whom two questionnaires were applied that had the purpose of measuring the research variables, which complied with the corresponding validity and reliability. The results showed through the Spearman Rho statistic the existence of a coefficient of 0.866; as well as a significance less than 0.05 (p = < 0.05). It was concluded that there is a positive and considerable correlation between humanized nursing care and the satisfaction of post-operative patients in the recovery service in a private clinic in San Borja - Lima 2022.

    Influencia del Liderazgo en el desempeño de los trabajadores de Cargo Transport S.A.C., Lima, 2024

    El trabajo realizado, cuyo tema de redacción es la Influencia del Liderazgo en el desempeño de los colaboradores de Cargo Transport S.A.C., Lima, 2024, la misma, que actualmente laboro, es sin duda un trabajo de gran importancia, que ayudara a detectar y/o corregir falencias dentro de la empresa, con un objetivo en común y/o general para todas las empresas de diferentes rubros comerciales, esto traería una mejor producción y éxito de las empresas. Cabe mencionar que las variables del presente informe presentan una magnitud directamente proporcionar, ya que al estimular el liderazgo hacia un grupo de personas podrían traer dos caminos, la primera es, al utilizar el liderazgo de una manera incorrecta, traerían consecuencias negativas dentro del grupo de colaboradores internos, sin embargo, al emplear de manera correcta el liderazgo, traería repercusiones positivas dentro del grupo de trabajos, asi como una mejor producción. Asimismo, para diagnosticar de manera correcta el ambiente de trabajo, se utilizó la entrevista, la misma, que se emplearan a todos los colaboradores sin excepción de la empresa Cargo Transport S.A.C, de esta manera poder desarrollar los objetivos trazados, para su posterior plan de acción en las mejoras propias de la empresa. De la misma forma, al conseguir los datos correctos, se inculcarán a todos los colaboradores, en especial a los altos mandos, que al emplear de manera correcta las habilidades blandas (liderazgo, comunicación, habilidades personales e interpersonales).

    Level of compliance with the control card record: Assessment, diagnosis and evolution of pressure ulcer in a level III hospital in Lima

    LPP is a common adverse event in hospitalized older adult patients with long hospital stays affecting their quality of life. In the ICU the incidence is higher, due to factors such as decreased Glasgow blood pressure, hemodynamic instability, sedation, etc. Nursing clinical records help us systematically document nursing work, they are the means of written communication of the work performed and guarantee the continuity and quality of care. That is why the objective of this study was to determine the level of compliance with the Control Card registry: assessment, diagnosis and evolution of pressure ulcers in a level III public hospital. The cross-sectional observational descriptive method. The population will consist of patients hospitalized in the ICU of the level III hospital, who have LPP and who have control cards. The instrument to be used will be a data collection form.

    Mother's knowledge about colostomy care in pediatric patients treated in a hospital in Lima - 2020

    The colostomy is the artificial communication of a portion of the colon with the abdominal wall; Its presence in a pediatric patient will require specific care because the minor is dependent; The mother being the one who assumes this responsibility and to do so will require knowledge about the care of her minor and thus avoid any complications. This being the impetus for carrying out this research project whose objective was to determine the mother's level of knowledge about colostomy care in pediatric patients treated at a hospital in Lima. The study is descriptive, with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design, the population will be 25 mothers of children with colostomies, this being the annual average of hospitalized minors with colostomies. Data collection will be carried out through a survey; with a questionnaire by Erika Amado Valenzuela, it includes 15 questions with multiple response options, whose value: correct of 1.5 and incorrect of 0. Between 12 to 23 know and from 0 to 11 do not know. This instrument underwent expert judgment for its validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha.

    Nurse skills and competencies to carry out effective supervision

    Objective: Determine the nurse's competencies and skills for effective supervision. Material and methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the GRADE evaluation to identify their level of evidence. In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 30% (3) correspond to Spain, 30% (3) to Brazil, (2) 20%, Mexico, and (2) 20% to Colombia respectively. The Spanish studies have been: cross-sectional descriptive study (1), qualitative (1), and (1) systematic review, from Brazil (1) systematic review, (1) exploratory study, (1) descriptive study; in Mexico (1) exploratory study, (1) descriptive cross-sectional study and in Colombia (1) systematic review and (1) quantitative qualitative study. Of the total articles analyzed, 90% identify specific skills and competencies to exercise the supervisory role in nursing. Results: All the articles reviewed systematically point to effective communication as a valuable tool to transmit knowledge and improve performance. They also mention transformational and relational leadership, teamwork, decision making, negotiation and being decisive as skills. important. Conclusions: The main skills and competencies for effective supervision are transformational leadership, effective communication, management capacity, administration of resources and human talent, research and solidity of knowledge for decision making, ability to exercise authority, problem solving, negotiation, and ability to establish positive relationships, teach and motivate.

    Parental parenting styles in children under 5 years of age who attend the growth and development clinic of the Chorrillos military polyclinic, 2020

    The study of parenting is essential to understand the process of socialization and child development, focusing on the bond between the child and the guardian. This research is related to determining common parenting styles in military families. Therefore, it is vitally important to determine whether future parenting methods are really related to the inappropriate behavior of adolescents, it is important that parents identify and understand their parenting methods established in the family and thus avoid social problems, emotional, mental and cognitive development problems in children. The results obtained will directly benefit nursing graduates of the second specialty, the nursing staff who work at the Chorrillos military polyclinic and the multidisciplinary health team (psychologist, social worker, family doctor, etc.). They will work with intervention strategies such as seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. About good parenting styles and importance, attitudes towards parenting and emotional intelligence, as well as improving communication channels in the family and how it will benefit the children of the military family including father, mother, siblings, relatives and main caregivers.

Material and methods: The approach is quantitative, the design is transversal because the data are taken at a single moment and descriptive, limited to the observation of phenomena, not experimental. We will work with a population of 100 heads of family. The technique that will be used will be surveys. This instrument is a Likert scale, with 24 items linked to parental functioning with its 6 dimensions. The data will be collected in a database and the univariate analysis will be carried out. To assign the final value, the stanon scale will be used to obtain the high, medium and low final value.
