Materials and method: Quantitative approach, cross-sectional and correlational in scope, because the study attempts to establish the degree of relationship between the variables proposed through a correlational statistical analysis of the data obtained previously. The technique to be used for data collection will be the survey, through the CVT-GOHISALO questionnaires to assess quality of life and Golberg's GHQ-12 to assess the mental health of health personnel at Community Mental Health Centers. The results shown in this study will serve as a reference to establish current strategies and/or programs that improve mental health and contribute to optimizing the quality of life of health professionals working in community mental health centers, through the timely detection of mental health problems and/or deficits in quality of life at work, using modified, validated and reliable questionnaires for use at the Huánuco region level.Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate and stress level of workers in a community mental health center, El Agustino - Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-15) Coronel Cristobal, Miriam Segundina; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeThe study aims to identify how the organizational climate is associated with the stress levels experienced by workers at the Community Mental Health Center located in the district of El Agustino in Lima. This will be conducted using a descriptive correlational level, being an applied, quantitative study. The census population consists of 89 workers from the Community Mental Health Center in El Agustino, Lima, 2022. The study will utilize questionnaires whose reliability and validity have been assessed. Data collection will involve a 30-minute session per participant, which will be processed and statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results will be presented in tables and graphs for the descriptive analysis, while inferential analysis will be conducted using Spearman's rho non-parametric test with a significance level of less than 0.05.
