    Nivel de conocimiento sobre amonio cuaternario en tiempos de COVID-19 en personal de salud de dos hospitales de Lima – 2021

    OBJECTIVE: To analyze the level of knowledge about quaternary ammonium during COVID-19 among healthcare personnel at two hospitals in Lima. METHOD: A questionnaire was applied to 120 healthcare workers who were selected via convenience sampling. The surveys consisted of 20 items, with 5 items for each dimension. The study was an applied type with a cross-sectional observational design. RESULTS: Of a total of 120 healthcare workers, the level of knowledge about quaternary ammonium during COVID-19 was analyzed. 82.5% had a good level of knowledge, while 17.5% had a regular level of knowledge. CONCLUSIONS: The level of knowledge about quaternary ammonium during COVID-19 among healthcare personnel is good.
